★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja da RICHARDS - SHOPPING PLAZA/RECIFE, não queria trocar um artigo que recebi de presente e que ficou apertado em mim, mesmo estando dentro do prazo de troca. A vendedora disse, inicialmente, que não poderia trocar porque a pessoa que me deu o presente comprou em liquidação! Quando argumentei que isso não tinha sido comunicado na venda do produto, então ela disse que só poderia trocar no prazo de 15 dias após a compra. Porém, ainda estava no prazo dos 15 dias! Mas ela queria contar o feriado do carnaval como dia útil, embora a loja tenha fechado no feriado. O prazo dos 15 dias iria expirar no domingo de carnaval, mas como a loja esteve fechada no domingo, segunda e terça de carnaval, então fui trocar na quarta-feira de cinzas, mas não quiseram aceitar! Disseram que o prazo não prorroga no feriado e eu teria que ter trocado antes dos 15 dias !!
depois de muita chatiação e dor de cabeça, com necessidade até de entrar um advogado do procon -PE no assunto, então trocaram a contra gosto!! Eu e minha família somos clientes antigos da loja, aliás, éramos, pois uma loja que tenta diminuir um prazo de troca deliberadamente para prejudicar um cliente, não está agindo de boa fé !
The RICHARDS store - SHOPPING PLAZA / RECIFE, did not want to exchange an article that I received as a gift that was tight on me, even though it was within the deadline. The seller initially said that I could not trade because the person who gave me the gift bought it on sale! When I argued that this had not been reported on the sale of the product, then she said it could only exchange within 15 days of purchase. However, it was still within 15 days! But she wanted to count the carnival holiday as a business day, although the store closed on holiday. The 15-day deadline would expire on Carnival Sunday, but as the store was closed on Carnival Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, I went to change on Ash Wednesday, but declined to accept! They said the deadline does not extend the holiday and I would have to have changed before 15 days !!
After a lot of boredom and headache, needing to even get a procon -PE lawyer in the matter, so they reluctantly changed !! My family and I are old shop customers, by the way, we were, because a store that tries to deliberately shorten an exchange time to harm a customer is not acting in good faith!
