Phone does not work. They cannot solve such a basic problem and lose sales because of that because I have been trying to buy lens cases for two days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o primeiro oculos sempre fiz com a granvision...cai na besteira de fazer 1 na Zeiss.. me enganaran... fiquei sem oculos, muitos vai e vem..perda de tempo. Tive q fazer um reserva na grandvision e voltei pra marca... e a granvision da documentos conforme a lei.. ja a outra do Iguatemi.. so stresse
Since the first glasses I always made with granvision ... it falls in the bullshit of making 1 in Zeiss .. I was wrong ... I was without glasses, many come and go..wasted time. I had to make a reservation at grandvision and I went back to the brand ... and granvision gives documents according to the law .. the other one from Iguatemi .. so stress

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim, gastei R$ 1.600,00 numa armação+lentes multifocais ficou pronto dentro do prazo, porém, as lentes não ficaram boas e a armação está se desmanchando literalmente. Fui à loja 5 vêzes para ajustar os óculos e não conseguiram deixar em ordem. A resposta deles : Sinto muito, porém a armação não é boa....! Então , porque venderam produto ruim? E agora, como ficamos??? Nunca mais faço qualquer compra com eles!!
Bad experience, I spent R $ 1,600.00 on a frame + multifocal lenses was ready on time, however, the lenses were not good and the frame is literally falling apart. I went to the store 5 times to adjust the glasses and they couldn't get it in order. Their answer: I'm sorry, but the frame is not good ....! So why did they sell bad product? And now, how are we ??? I never make any purchases with them again !!
