★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das melhores óticas de Campinas, com duas unidades, bem em frente ao Hospital Penido Burnier, fiz a consulta e na ótica bem em frente encomendei meus óculos. Estacionamento próprio, bastante novidades, excelente atendimento, ótimos preços e facilidade. Gostei muito, meus pais já eram clientes.
 One of the best opticians in Campinas, with two units, right in front of the Penido Burnier Hospital, I made the appointment and at the optician right in front I ordered my glasses. Own parking, plenty of news, excellent service, great prices and ease. I really liked it, my parents were already customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri lentes Kodak na nova loja da Ótica onde fui muito bem atendido. No entanto quando fui estacionar o meu carro antiguinho (um Honda Fit 2005) em frente à loja, fui informado pelo manobrista do estabelecimento que aquelas 4 vagas eram somente para deficientes. Apesar de não haver nenhuma sinalização nas vagas, retirei imediatamente o meu carro. Observei, apesar disso, que havia 3 outros carros parados em frente à loja: um Mercedes, um BMW, e um Mitsubishi. Após ter estacionamento o meu carrinho na rua, retornei à loja para retirar os meus óculos. E enquanto estava sendo atendido, percebi que um outro carro estacionara na mesma vaga a qual supostamente seria reservada para deficientes. Entretanto, não era o caso do motorista que saiu no carro, agora um Jeep Compass. Imediatamente, perguntei tanto ao gerente da loja quanto ao manobrista se não iriam avisá-lo que a vaga era para deficientes. A resposta do manobrista foi que ele era cliente (e eu sou o quê?!), enquanto que o gerente pediu desculpas, dizendo que aquela vaga era para clientes, que no meu caso houve somente um mal entendido. Sei... Porém, na minha opinião eu (e meu carrinho) fui flagrantemente discriminado em função da imagem que o meu carro iria fazer em frente à nova loja. Ou seja, a impressão que ficou é que as vagas em frente à loja estão esteticamente reservadas para carros que a Ótica Mário Neto acredita que irão agregar valor à imagem da nova loja, irão combinar com a loja, e não para qualquer cliente, seja ele quem for, independente de seu carro, aparência, cor, classe social etc. Lamentável! Não volto mais e não recomendo. A não ser que tenha um carro legal para combinar com a loja nova deles. Recomendo ligar para lá antes de ir e se informar se o seu carro está aprovado por eles. Ou nem ir lá e procurar outra ótica.
I bought Kodak lenses in the new Optics store where I was very well attended. However when I went to park my old car (a Honda Fit 2005) in front of the store, I was informed by the valet of the establishment that those 4 spaces were only for the disabled. Although there were no signs in the vacancies, I immediately removed my car. However, I noticed that there were 3 other cars parked in front of the store: a Mercedes, a BMW, and a Mitsubishi. After parking my cart on the street, I returned to the store to remove my glasses. And while I was being serviced, I realized that another car had parked in the same spot that was supposed to be reserved for the disabled. However, this was not the case of the driver who got out in the car, now a Jeep Compass. Immediately, I asked both the store manager and the valet if they would not let him know that the place was for the disabled. The valet's response was that he was a customer (and what am I ?!), while the manager apologized, saying that vacancy was for customers, which in my case there was only a misunderstanding. I know ... But in my opinion I (and my cart) was blatantly discriminated against the image my car would make in front of the new store. In other words, the impression is that the vacancies in front of the store are aesthetically reserved for cars that Opica Mário Neto believes will add value to the image of the new store, will match the store, and not for any customer, be it whoever, regardless of car, appearance, color, social class, etc. Unfortunate! I won't be back anymore and I don't recommend it. Unless you have a nice car to match their new store. I recommend calling there before you go and find out if your car is approved by them. Or even go there and look for another optics.

Nunca esquecerei o atendimento gentil e empático do Milton, certa vez que um oculos meu quebrou e não seria possível o reparo: qualquer outra ótica me diria "sinto muito" e cobraria um novo - ele trocou o meu por um novo!!
The store's service is always excellent, polite, with numerous options to choose from and it is possible to negotiate discounts and better payment methods.
I will never forget Milton's kind and empathetic service, once one of my glasses broke and it wouldn't be possible to repair it: any other optician would tell me "I'm sorry" and charge a new one - he exchanged mine for a new one!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência que tive com esta óptica em menos de 12 meses por 2 x com erros crassos e básicos de negligência técnica tanto na orientação da escolha das lentes na 1a. vez em junho/21 como na confecção e aferição para entrega. Tenho tudo atestado e comprovado por laudo médico e testemunho médico de meu oftalmologista.
Lamentável . Ninguem de seu(s) proprietario(s) entraram em contato comigo para saber o que houve e se pronunciar. Pós venda horroso. Apenas devolveram o valor que paguei e ponto.
Não recomendo esta óptica justamente ainda mais por eu ser um profissional de saúde.
Bad experience I had with this optic in less than 12 months for 2 x with crass and basic errors of technical negligence both in the orientation of the choice of lenses in the 1st. time in June/21 as in the making and gauging for delivery. I have everything certified and proven by medical report and medical testimony from my ophthalmologist.
Unfortunate . No one of its owner(s) contacted me to find out what happened and to comment. Horrible after sales. They only refunded the amount I paid and period.
I do not recommend this optic even more because I am a health professional.
