★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca compre nessa loja. Por duas vezes seguidas eles atrasaram em mais de 15 dias a entrega dos óculos. Na primeira vez, prometeram entregar no prazo para não perder a venda. Na segunda vez, entregaram o produto na cor errada, sem as lentes de grau. Gerentes e atendentes não fazem a menor questão de resolver o problema. Nunca comprem nessa loja.
Never shop at that store. Twice in a row they delayed delivery of the glasses by more than 15 days. The first time, they promised to deliver on time so as not to lose the sale. The second time, they delivered the product in the wrong color, without prescription lenses. Managers and attendants have no problem solving the problem. Never shop at that store.

Deixo aqui meu agradecimento pela atenção que ela me deu pelo carinho com as pessoas devido ao tempo que estamos vivendo.

Não cumpriram o prazo combinado, sequer avisaram que as lentes não estavam prontas.
Perdemos a viagem pra retirar as lentes justamente porque não nos avisaram!
Não pediram nem ao menos desculpas. Se recusaram a fazer a entrega das lentes em domicílio ou em conceder qualquer tipo de reparo.
Disseram que não podiam fazer nada.
Estou surpreso com a falta de profissionalismo dos atendentes que não deram atenção para o nosso problema, mesmo sabendo que minha esposa precisava das lentes para trabalho!
Não confiem nessa ótica! Vão perder tempo e dinheiro!
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!

They didn't even apologize. They refused to deliver the lenses at home or to grant any repair.
They said they couldn't do anything.
I am surprised by the lack of professionalism of the attendants who did not pay attention to our problem, even though I knew that my wife needed the lenses for work!

O vendedor Lucas no dia 27/11/2019 me fez cancelar o meu pedido em outra ótica, me convencendo que entregaria meus dois óculos de grau até no dia 30/11/2019....até hoje 04/12/2019 não recebi meus óculos e os vendedores todas as vezes que tento contato com a loja são extremamente grosseiros.
A nota que eu dou para essa loja é DÓ. Péssimo atendimento, só querem fechar negócio e pronto.
Arrependida de ter cancelado meu pedido em outra ótica.

Além de não cumprirem o prazo, depois de mais de 30 dias me informaram por telefone que as lentes escolhidas estão em falta, praticamente me obrigado a comprar lentes mais caras e ainda estabeleceram prazo adicional de 10 dias úteis para confeccionar as tais lentes. Tudo absurdo, tratamento péssimo. Lamento super ter trocado a Oculista pela Fototeca. Nunca, mais!!!
Regretfully, I bought a frame and ordered lenses from this store.
