★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram minha mudança em outubro, amassaram minha geladeira e ate hoje tenho que ficar procurando pra saber o q irão fazer, sendo q a geladeira tinha 4 meses de compra na época com 2 anos de garantia. Infelizmente péssimo atendimento e retorno.

Não cumprem com datas e nada do que é combinado. E muita má vontade e descaso por parte de alguns funcionários. Falta profissionalismo e compromisso com o cliente.
Terrible! I had two experiences of change with this company and it was just a headache. The second and most stressful, unfortunately, for lack of option. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento recente com a Granero e o valor cobrado para minha mudança residencial é tão absurdamente caro que prefiro nem comentar. Decidi contratar a concorrente deles que cotou a metade do valor e com serviço de altíssima qualidade.
I made a recent budget with Granero and the amount charged for my residential move is so absurdly expensive that I prefer not to comment. I decided to hire their competitor who quoted half the price and with a very high quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu esposo contratamos os serviços de mudança da empresa Granero em Vila Velha-ES.
A prestação de serviço contratada consistia na desmontagem, embalagem, montagem e desembalagem dos itens - com material adequado e por equipe treinada especializada, conforme vendido por eles.
Ocorre que, apesar de ter contratado referido serviço e ainda ter pago um valor alto para tanto, nos deparamos com uma prestação de serviço péssima por uma equipe despreparada.
Foram danificados pela referida empresa diversos móveis, tais como: painel de cozinha, geladeira, banco de mesa, sofá; além de ter sido extraviado diversos itens tais como: cesto de roupas, baldes, tapetes, caixinha de som, faca.
Na entrega/destino os montadores estavam extremamente apressados para concluírem o serviço - inclusive ao serem questionados foi informado por um deles que a montagem dos móveis não seria feita naquele momento uma vez que não estavam com as ferramentas - argumento não aceito e somente por isso, montaram os móveis.
Ainda, não desembalaram todas as caixas sob o argumento de que cabia a empresa somente desembalar os móveis, eletrônicos e louças.
A pressa foi tanta que em menos de meio período "concluíram" a entrega e montagem da mudança de uma residência inteira!!
Sem deixar de mencionar a maneira como foram embalados os itens, todos misturados, produtos de limpeza facial dentro da lixeira de banheiro, etc.
O pós vendas da empresa também é péssimo!!
Isso porque mesmo informados dos itens avariados e extraviados nada foi feito! Pelo contrário, segue há quase 1 mês nos enrolando e não nos deu nenhuma posição quanto a resolução desses problemas, nunca nos procurou para dar algum retorno, sempre nós que ligamos! No ato da contratação pagamos um seguro da mudança exigido pela própria Granero, e nem a apólice recebemos!
Resumindo, uma prestação de serviço péssima e frustrante que nos ocasionou prejuízos os quais não foram solucionados
My husband and I contracted the moving services of the company Granero in Vila Velha-ES.
The provision of contracted services consisted of disassembly, packaging, assembly and unpacking of items - with adequate material and by specialized trained staff, as sold by them.
It turns out that, despite having contracted that service and still having paid a high price for it, we are faced with a terrible service provision by an unprepared team.
Several pieces of furniture were damaged by that company, such as: kitchen panel, refrigerator, table bench, sofa; in addition to having lost several items such as: clothes basket, buckets, rugs, sound box, knife.
Upon delivery/destination, the assemblers were extremely rushed to complete the service - even when questioned, they were informed by one of them that the assembly of the furniture would not be done at that time since they did not have the tools - argument not accepted and only because of that, set up the furniture.
Still, they did not unpack all the boxes on the grounds that the company was only responsible for unpacking furniture, electronics and dishes.
The rush was such that in less than half a time they "concluded" the delivery and assembly of the move of an entire residence!!
Not to mention the way the items were packed, all mixed, facial cleaning products inside the bathroom trash, etc.
The company's after sales are also terrible!!
That's because even informed of the damaged and lost items, nothing was done! On the contrary, he has been holding us back for almost 1 month and has not given us any position regarding the resolution of these problems, he has never looked to us to give us any feedback, we are always the ones who call! Upon contracting, we pay a moving insurance policy required by Granero itself, and we don't even receive the policy!
In short, a terrible and frustrating service provision that caused us losses which were not resolved
