No geral, nao sofri nenhum imprevisto e por isso julgo com 4 estrelas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É 1 por que não tem como dar 0. Irresponsáveis, mentirosos, enrolados, ruins de serviço e tudo de ruim que uma empresa pode oferecer ao cliente. Pediram 45 dias para entregar o trabalho, começaram a executar após 60 dias do pagamento, serviço que falaram que executariam com 1 dia, foram e voltaram 5 vezes, sempre faltava alguma coisa, além de mentirem várias vezes falando que iam voltar e não voltavam. E no final de tudo, a pedra ainda ficou 1cm mais baixo do combinado e meu armário não entrava.
Ou seja, NOTA 0.
