★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pedido demorou muuuuuuito... O gerente Alonso resolveu... Foi super simpático, pediu mil desculpas, concluiu a entrega e o pedido ficou como cortesia. Comida muito saborosa e caseira, porém, tem que melhorar muito a questão entrega, pois não é a primeira vez que atrasa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fiz um pedido nesse restaurante pelo aplicativo, e o pedido veio errado,(o entregador trocou) não resolveram nada a respeito do acontecido.Pediram pra mim mesma ligar pra uber , eu fiquei no prejuízo, pois a comida que veio não como, e fiquei com fome.
Achei péssima a postura do restaurante.

Liguei e falei com uma atendente muito mal educada, me disse que não tinha como ligar para o motoboy, não me pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e disse que não poderia fazer nada por mim. Uma Falta de respeito. Nunca mais faço pedidos e não indico para ninguém.
I placed an order with Ifood, after 2 hours and 40 minutes waiting, it was delivered by the app, but the order was not delivered ,. I called and spoke to a very rude attendant, told me that there was no way to call motoboy, did not apologize for what happened and said he could do nothing for me. A lack of respect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo o que aconteceu, pedimos arroz, feijão, batata frita e salada porque minha filha e vegetariana e custou R$ 40,00 porque cobraram como guarnição sendo que a média de um prato do dia custa R$ 25,00, quando questionamos informaram que fizeram um prato fora do cardápio, me senti lesada.
Absurd what happened, we ordered rice, beans, fries and salad because my daughter is a vegetarian and it cost R$ 40.00 because they charged as a side dish and the average dish of the day costs R$ 25.00, when we asked they informed that they made a dish off the menu, I felt wronged.
