 I love this store. perfect service! Especially the girls and the cashier who seem to be the owners. Very friendly. The variety is excellent! You go to buy something and leave with a bag full of healthy products. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são de boa qualidade. O atendimento é muito elementar. Merece um treinamento mesmo que superficial. A trabalhadora do caixa já foi hostil comigo mais de uma vez. Só fui bem atendida pela vendedora que é visivelmente preparada, mas que sua formação não foi oferecida pela empresa. A equipe é desatenta e descuidada com a divulgação dos horários de funcionamento no meio virtual mais pesquisado que é o Google Mapas. O atendimento virtual também é pouco formal e ineficaz.
The products are of good quality. The service is very basic. It deserves training even if superficial. The cashier's worker has been hostile to me more than once. I was only well attended by the saleswoman, who is visibly prepared, but whose training was not offered by the company. The team is inattentive and careless with the disclosure of opening hours in the most searched virtual medium that is Google Maps. Virtual assistance is also not very formal and ineffective.

Very bad service. I was waiting for about 10 minutes to be answered and the seller still saw a person in front of me. It was the last time I enter the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão maltratado em um estabelecimento comercial como fui hoje. Nunca mais eu ninguém de minha família põe os pés nessa loja. Não recomendo a ninguém. Ainda bem que no bairro tem outras opções para comprar produtos do gênero. Prefiro pagar mais caro a voltar a esse lugar.
I have never been more abused in a commercial establishment than I have been today. Never again will anyone in my family set foot in this store. I don't recommend it to anyone. Thankfully, there are other options in the neighborhood to buy similar products. I'd rather pay more than return to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O operador de caixa precisa prestar mais atenção quando for passar os produtos e cobrar seus valores dos clientes, para evitar possíveis erros, como aconteceu comigo, pois me cobraram um valor superior (de um outro produto), só percebi quando cheguei em casa que olhei a nota fiscal.
The cashier needs to pay more attention when passing the products and charging customers their values, to avoid possible mistakes, as happened to me, as they charged me a higher value (from another product), I only realized when I got home that I looked the invoice.
