★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é linda, feita pela Cubo Arquitetura. Atendimento excelente, uma infinidade de opções saudáveis, congelados, queijos, até favo de mel tem. Sem falar das opções que tem na lanchonete, muitas delícias. Nem dá vontade de ir embora.
 The store is beautiful, made by Cube Architecture. Excellent service, a multitude of healthy, frozen, cheeses, even honeycomb options. Not to mention the options in the diner, lots of treats. You do not even want to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de funcionárias no caixa é péssimo, mau humoradas e sem educação. Vi vários produtos velhos próximos da data de validade. Fui 3 vezes e tudo do mesmo jeito, nunca mais volto e nem recomendo.
The attendance of employees at the register is terrible, bad tempered and uneducated. I saw several old products close to the expiration date. I went 3 times and all the same, I never come back and I don't recommend it.

Hoje, telef. enquanto dirigia exat. 17:51 da tarde na loja e pedi que aguardassem 5 MINUTOS pois eu já estava praticamente na Av. Paulo XI. Eu precisava MUITO de um ingrediente específico (caro) que eles tinham para uma receita natalina. Mesmo considerando que eu iria chegar dentro do hr. da loja (antes das 18 hrs), se recusaram a esperar.
Eu sempre compro vários itens diferenciados em empórios, mas nessa loja eu não compro nunca mais! Vou dar pref. para os outros empórios de franca que me atendem muito melhor!

Today, tel. while driving exact. 5:51 pm at the store and I asked them to wait 5 MINUTES because I was practically on Av. Paulo XI. I really needed a specific (expensive) ingredient that they had for a Christmas recipe. Even considering I would arrive within the hr. from the store (before 6 pm), they refused to wait.
I always buy a lot of different items in emporiums, but in this store I don't buy anymore! I will give pref. to the other frank emporiums that serve me much better!

Lots of options for Milk Protein Free Products cookies, cheese bread, chocolate, cottage cheese! It also has gluten-free and even vegan stuff, like yogurt and cheeses. I loved! Ah, there's a cold board too!
