★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira experiência para nunca mais! Encomendei uma lona de 3 metros me entregaram uma lona remendada em 3 partes com os remendos todos enrugados! Enviei 4 e-mails, WhatsApp, todos com as fotos, meu pai esteve no local reclamando e o trataram com maior desrespeito. Tive que pagar uma pessoa para colocar a lona é só vi a situação da mesma qdo já estava no local! Uma pena eu não conseguir colocar uma foto aqui, para vcs verem que não há algum exagero.
Não indico para ninguém! Não respeitam o consumidor! Não resolveram! E nem fazem questão de solucionar o problema! E a atendente ainda foi super desrespeitosa com meu pai! Minha experiência foi decepcionante!
First experience ever! I ordered a 3 meter tarp they handed me a 3 part patched tarp with the patches all wrinkled! I sent 4 emails, WhatsApp, all with the photos, my dad was on site complaining and treated him with the utmost disrespect. I had to pay a person to put the canvas and I just saw the same situation when it was already in place! Too bad I can not put a picture here, so you see that there is no exaggeration.
I don't tell anyone! Do not respect the consumer! They didn't solve it! And they don't even care about solving the problem! And the attendant was still super disrespectful to my father! My experience was disappointing!
