Só passei fome e tristeza, pois o HotDog de 22 reais grande só me deixou com mais fome, sem recheio e ingredientes maus preparado, HotDog não tinha sabor algum, comi algo apenas por comer e sem vontade alguma, não senti prazer em comer, fiquei decepcionada, nunca mais voltarei e não recomendo a ninguém, fui com meu namorado e um casal de amigos e nenhum dos quatro gostou, tivemos que sair do local e ir comer pastel logo ao lado. ARREPENDIMENTO TOTALLLL.
Nunca vi pagar 22 reais num Dog tão horrivel, sem recheio e com ingredientes pessimos desejo a vocês que melhorem esse dog ai viu pq ta horrivel.

I just went hungry and sad, because the big 22 Real HotDog only made me more hungry, without stuffing and bad ingredients prepared, HotDog had no flavor, I ate something just for eating and without any desire, I did not feel pleasure in eating, I stayed disappointed, I will never return and I do not recommend it to anyone, I went with my boyfriend and a couple of friends and none of the four liked it, we had to leave the place and go to eat pastries right next door. TOTALLLL REPENTANCE.
I never saw paying 22 reais on a dog so horrible, without stuffing and with pessimos ingredients I wish you to improve this dog there saw why it is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi super rápido, o lanche estava muito gostoso, tanto no pão quanto gratinado, as bebidas estavam bem geladas.
Senti falta dos mantimentos na mesa, não consegui pedir pois a atendente ficava do lado de dentro preparando os lanches e não da p ver, quando saiu já tinha acabado de comer, quando fui pagar acabei descobrindo que ficava em potinhos no canto do balcão.
O local é limpo, possui uma área kids e música.
The service was super fast, the snack was very tasty, both in bread and gratin, the drinks were very cold.
I missed the groceries on the table, could not ask because the clerk was inside preparing the snacks and not seeing, when he left had finished eating, when I went to pay I found that it was in pots in the corner of the counter.
The place is clean, has a kids area and music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi top, sou de outra cidade e visitando um amigo resolvemos sair para comer, aí um outro amigo comentou sobre o gratinados.
Na minha cidade não tem nada parecido, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Hugo e Felipe ( parece até dupla sertaneja kkkk ) a garotada é fera!
Se a primeira impressão é a que fica, não poderia esperar nada mais do que um lanche com muito sabor, percebi que estava bem movimentado e acreditava que iria demorar para a entrega, mas não!
Além de muito sabor foram muito rápidos no atendimento, muito cordeais e prestativos.
Já que não tenho isso na minha cidade, quero voltar em breve, e com certeza estarei visitando o GRATINADOS!
OBRIGADA PELA RECEPÇÃO, ME SENTI EM CASA!!

My experience was top, I am from another city and visiting a friend we decided to go out to eat, then another friend commented on the gratins.
In my city does not have anything like that, we were very well received by Hugo and Felipe (seems to double hinterland kkkk) the kids is beast!
If the first impression is the one that is, I could not expect anything more than a snack with lots of flavor, I realized I was very busy and believed it would take for the delivery, but no!
In addition to a lot of flavor they were very quick in service, very cordial and helpful.
Since I don't have this in my city, I want to go back soon, and I will definitely be visiting GRATINADOS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi legal e rápido, pedi o Big gratinado tamanho grande, porem... O hot dog não é bom é sem graça, não é algo que se come com vontade pois é sem sabor, recheio sem condições pouco recheio pelo preço que paguei, a calabresa estava crua, tinha tomate verde, e o gratinado mt ruim que não corresponde ao verdadeiro conceito.
Fui hoje dia 17/10 ás 21h00 fui atendido por um rapaz.
O lugar não cumpre com que promete.
Nao voltarei e nao recomendo se me perguntarem.
The service was nice and fast, I asked for the Big size au gratin, however ... The hot dog is not good, it is dull, it is not something you eat with ease because it is tasteless, stuffing without conditions little stuffing for the price I paid , the pepperoni was raw, had green tomatoes, and the bad au gratin that does not correspond to the true concept.
I went today 17/10 at 21h00 I was attended by a boy.
The place does not live up to its promise.
I will not be returning and do not recommend if you ask me.

Hot dog gratinado DELICIOSO, quentinho e saboroso, dá pra ver e sentir que os produtos são de qualidade.
Pedi um gratinado Médio e sai muito satisfeito. Super indico, pedi o moda da casa número 6, uma delícia. Fui com 3 amigos e foi só elogios. Voltaremos, com toda certeza! Viramos clientes! :)

First time meeting the famous gratin, I went today 17/01/2020 Friday.
Wonderful service, super attentive and very friendly attendants.
Family atmosphere, clean, well tidy and organized. Very tasty !!!
DELICIOUS hot dog, warm and tasty, you can see and feel that the products are quality.
I ordered a medium gratin and left very satisfied. Super recommended, I ordered the house number 6, a delight. I went with 3 friends and it was just compliments. We will be back, for sure! We become customers! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei um pedido via IFood e depois de 50 minutos de atraso eles simplesmente CANCELARAM meu pedido. Primeiro veio a informação que o lanche estava vindo até meu endereço e depois cancelaram. Fui consumidora assídua deste estabelecimento, o indiquei a muitas pessoas, sempre os avalei com nota máxima no aplicativo. Cancelar, sem nenhuma satisfação, sem nenhum pedido de desculpas foi de uma grosseria absurda.
I placed an order via IFood and after 50 minutes of delay they simply CANCELED my order. First came the information that the snack was coming to my address and then canceled. I was a regular consumer of this establishment, I indicated it to many people, I always rated them with the highest score in the application. To cancel, without any satisfaction, without any apology, was absurdly rude.
