Ultimamente caiu a qualidade, e sempre está faltando ingrediente ou vem errado, pedi uma pizza com borda de catupiry, mandaram com borda de Filadélfia. A minha favorita de filé mignon está sempre em falta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao tentar trocar os selos por uma pizza da promoção, perguntei se podiam cobrar a diferença e me fornecer outra pizza do cardápio, algo super normal nas pizzarias, se negaram. Achei ruim, mas fazer o que. Pedi então para entregarem a pizza da promoção em casa, eu pagaria a taxa de entrega. Novamente negaram. Argumentei que era algo normal, qual a dificuldade de entregar uma pizza... Enfim, fui buscar e argumentei novamente diretamente com a atendente que rebateu e começou a bater boca comigo na frente da pizzaria! Ficou com a razão e perdeu um cliente de muitos anos.
