★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é muito bonito e a vasta disposição de vinhos atende bem a necessidade, porém o atendimento deixa a desejar, os atendentes pareciam estar me fazendo um favor e trocaram o pedido necessitando do inconveniente de reaverem o pedido me fazendo retornar à adega. Fiquei muito satisfeito com as compras, mas ainda sim o desmazelo dos funcionários tornaram todo o processo um grande incômodo. Novamente enalteço o espaço e o produto mas os funcionários de ambos os turnos, visto que fui em horários com funcionários diferentes, que não compreendem um bom atendimento e paciência.

The space is very beautiful and the vast array of wines meets the need well, but the service leaves something to be desired, the attendants seemed to be doing me a favor and they changed the request needing the inconvenience of getting the request back to the cellar. I was very pleased with the purchases, but still the slowness of the employees made the whole process a major nuisance. Again I praise the space and the product but the employees of both shifts, since I went at times with different employees, who do not understand a good care and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendi, parece que a loja precisa de uma reforma. Eu trabalhei por um tempo na Unimed, na época ia na loja e a loja era muito organizada e até bonita. Achei hoje a loja sem organização nenhuma, os vinhos não estão expostos por países, por preços, por uvas, só separaram os espumantes no canto, o resto tá embaralhado. Não está chamando a atenção, até a área de vinhos do martplus da Contorno está melhor, e lá não é especializado.
I don't understand, it looks like the store needs a makeover. I worked for a while at Unimed, at the time I went to the store and the store was very organized and even beautiful. Today I found the store without any organization, the wines are not displayed by countries, by prices, by grapes, they only separated the sparkling wines in the corner, the rest is shuffled. It's not attracting attention, even the wines area of Contorno's martplus is better, and it's not specialized there.
