★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes despreparados, marquei consulta com 20 dias de antecedência, falei qual era meu plano no dia da consulta cheguei a clínica e a pessoa que me atendeu disse que não atendiam meu plano.
Paguei Uber atoa.
Unprepared attendants, I made an appointment 20 days in advance, I told them what my plan was on the day of the appointment, I arrived at the clinic and the person who attended me said that they did not meet my plan.
I paid Uber for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 15 minutos antes, porém 50 minutos após o horário marcado, ainda não tinha sido chamado. Depois de uma hora e dez minutos, desisti e fui embora. Porém o pior é a GROSSERIA, RISPIDEZ E DESRESPEITO da atendente. NÃO VALE A PENA !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei a consulta por telefone fiz questão de perguntar se atendia meu convênio Promed confort up, me informaram que sim, ao chegar disserem q promed confort up rede ampla não atende. E além disso a própria atendente falou que é comum as pessoas chegarem lá e saberem apenas no momento que a rede ampla não atende, pq não informar por telefone então? Deixo minha indignação, quando marcamos uma consulta dispomos de tempo e programação que quando não respeitada causam prejuízos.
