Produtos mesmo sendo de vidro totalmente mal embalados (conforme fotos em anexo), e descolando os acessórios (PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE)! Esperei uns dias para fazer a instalação, pois estava reformando o banheiro, por esse motivo não foi mexido no produto. Se recusam fazer a troca por ter passado o prazo de 7 dias.
Totalmente um descaso com o consumidor
Produto comprado: 2 Kits de vidro para acessórios para o banheiro.

Glass products, even though they are totally badly packaged (as shown in the attached pictures), and taking off the accessories (TERRIBLE QUALITY)! I waited a few days to do the installation, as I was renovating the bathroom, so the product was not touched. They refuse to make the switch because the 7-day period has passed.
Totally neglecting the consumer
Purchased product: 2 glass kits for bathroom accessories.
