★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com receio de entregar o meu carro, a um local que só conheci através dos comentários de outras pessoas, do próprio Google da Falconi.
Quando entrei em contato me trataram de maneira única, retirando todas minhas dúvidas, das mais bestas as mais complicadas.
Meu carro chegou de outras oficinas, já sendo declarando perca total do motor e até mesmo que não valeria a pena consertar, pq ficaria mais caro que o próprio valor do veículo.
Levei o carro até eles. Ocorreu como tudo combinado, que após 5 dias de entrada do veículo, me passariam uma resposta, para a minha alegria, foi a melhor notícia, o motor teria retifica. Depois de comemorar muito, concordamos em fazer o concerto (a esposa precisa entrar em consenso) do mesmo.
A oficina foi me informando de cada passo que eles estavam fazendo com o carro, manutenção que estavam fazendo, peças que estaria sendo substituídas, tudo com nota fiscal com os valores.
Na data exata de previsão o carro seria entregue, perfeito. Finalmente carro poderia voltar para casa, agora não mas encima de um guincho e sim eu dirigindo de volta com que.
I was afraid to deliver my car, to a place that I only knew through other people's comments, from Falconi's own Google.
When I got in touch, they treated me in a unique way, removing all my doubts, from the most stupid to the most complicated.
My car arrived from other workshops, already declaring total loss of the engine and even that it would not be worth repairing, because it would be more expensive than the vehicle's own value.
I took the car to them. It happened as everything combined, that after 5 days of entering the vehicle, they would give me an answer, to my delight, it was the best news, the engine would have rectified. After celebrating a lot, we agreed to do the concert (the wife needs to agree) on it.
The repair shop informed me of each step they were taking with the car, maintenance they were doing, parts that would be replaced, everything with an invoice with the values.
On the exact forecast date the car would be delivered, perfect. Finally car could go home, now not over a tow truck but me driving back with what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil falar dessa empresa FALCONE em poucas palavras, comprei meu sonho.... uma caminhonete 4x4 diesel porém com reparos a ser feito no motor, conheço um pouco do assunto, preparei o motor durante 8 meses na minha garagem trocando periféricos mangueiras limpezas analisando cada peças pra em fim ser finalizado pela retifica, tive a oportunidade de conhecer o Caio um dos cara mais decente e honesto que eu já vi na minha vida, ele fez a retifica do motor parafuso por parafuso, deu mais trabalho que se pode imaginar, pra se ter uma ideia, tinha dois pistão destruído, as camisas do cilindros tiveram quer ser feitas sob medidas, eu não encontraria alguém tão capacitado pra realizar esse trabalho, pelo ao menos que eu conheça, tem muitos especialista por aí, porém a honestidade desses cara é também um diferencial... Motor pronto fui viajar, tive um probleminha na Estarda, porém não estava relacionado ao trabalho deles, o radiador apresentou um defeito, consegui sanar e segui viajem.
Uma das questões que não me deixava dormir antes mesmo de terminar o motor era o pós venda...
Pois então, o Caio é muito atencioso e exímio profissional, já de coração aliviado, estou muito satisfeito, e tenho muita gratidão a eles, Caio,Robinho,Tom entres outros!!!
Agora estou numa expedição em lugares extremo do Brasil longe de tudo off road de verdade e perfeito, foi sorte minha ter encontrado o Caio.... Deus abençoe sua vida....

Difficult to talk about this company FALCONE in a nutshell, I bought my dream.... a 4x4 diesel truck but with repairs to be done on the engine, I know a little about the subject, I prepared the engine for 8 months in my garage changing peripherals hoses cleaning analyzing each parts to finally be finished by the rectifier, I had the opportunity to meet Caio, one of the most decent and honest guy I've ever seen in my life, he did the engine rectification screw by screw, it was more work than you can imagine, for if you have an idea, there were two pistons destroyed, the cylinder liners had to be made to measure, I wouldn't find someone so qualified to perform this work, at least as far as I know, there are many specialists out there, but the honesty of these guys It's also a differential... Engine ready I went on a trip, I had a little problem on the Estarda, but it wasn't related to their work, the radiator had a defect, I managed to fix it and went on my journey.
One of the issues that didn't let me sleep even before finishing the engine was the after sales...
Well then, Caio is very attentive and professional, already with a relieved heart, I'm very satisfied, and I have a lot of gratitude to them, Caio, Robinho, Tom among others!!!
Now I'm on an expedition in extreme places in Brazil far from everything real and perfect off road, I was lucky to have found Caio.... God bless your life....
