- Como cliente não me senti coberto pela gestor. Gestor e especialista estão em posições diferentes. O gestor está no tático e o especialista executante no operacional.
- Não vi processo para o desenvolvimento da tarefa.
- Se tivesse gestão / processo, o recebimento da landing page, passaria primeiro pelo crivo de aprovação da empresa gestora e não direto para o cliente.
- Como cliente, assumi o controle sobre os comentários, onde estes poderiam ter sido corrigidos de forma crítica pela gestão, por uma sequência de processo.
- Me senti com um time aprendiz e em desenvolvimento. Mas isto é super normal. Pois a perícia só vem com muitas horas de trabalho desenvolvido. Eu também desenvolvo a cada dia.
- Exigente que sou, estou dando um feedback que vale ouro. Se abraçarem, vocês podem voar.
- Porque três estrelas?
Duas por ter recebido o trabalho como desejado, mas não surpreendido, pois esperei mais. Por isto contratei.
E uma, por um novo voto de confiança para vermos como será o desenvolvimento dentro do processo de tráfego e Grs.

- There was no interaction from the manager.
- As a customer I did not feel covered by the manager. Manager and specialist are in different positions. The manager is in the tactical and the executing specialist in the operational.
- I didn't see a process for the development of the task.
- If you had a management / process, the landing page reception would first go through the management company's approval sieve and not directly to the customer.
- As a client, I took control over the comments, where they could have been critically corrected by management, by a process sequence.
- I felt like a learning and developing team. But this is super normal. Because expertise only comes with many hours of work done. I also develop every day.
- Demanding that I am, I'm giving a feedback that is worth gold. If you hug, you can fly.
- Why three stars?
Two for having received the job as desired, but not surprised, as I waited longer. That's why I hired you.
