★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Telesil construindo um residencial aqui na Cidade Universitária, Rua Joana D'arc. O acesso a esta rua e pela av Senador Teotônio Vilela, onde eu moro. Os caminhões passam o dia inteiro pela rua e fazem bastante poeira, quebram encanamentos. A empresa deveria pavimentar ou ao menos irrigar a rua durante a movimentação dos caminhões e caçambas. Os serviços não tem hora pra acabar, vai pra meia noite e isso causa muitos transtornos aos moradores que são prejudicados pela poeira incontrolável. Eu tenho uma criança com sérios problemas alérgicos e está sofrendo muito. Repensem na comunidade antes de começar uma obra em algum bairro, vcs estão chegando e já incomodando. Não compraria ou indicaria alguém a comprar algum imóvel de vcs, se não respeitam nem a comunidade onde estão investindo...
Telesil building a residential here in the University City, Joana D'arc Street. The access to this street and the avenue Senador Teotônio Vilela, where I live. Trucks drive all day down the street and make a lot of dust, break pipes. The company should pave or at least irrigate the street while moving trucks and buckets. The services have no time to end, it goes to midnight and this causes many inconveniences to residents who are harmed by uncontrollable dust. I have a child with serious allergic problems and is suffering a lot. Rethink the community before starting a work in some neighborhood, you are coming and already bothering. Would not buy or indicate someone to buy some property of you, if they do not respect even the community where they are investing ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente insatisfeito com o empreendimento Parque Gonçalves Ledo, a construtora nos entregou as pressas com vários problemas estruturais (falta água, elevador quebrado , rampa da garagem errada, não fizeram a TUBULAÇÃO DA INTERNET, nenhum morador consegue ter Internet por que não tem estrutura. Já tem 2 meses que moramos lá e nenhuma posição da Telesil.
Não recomendo . Nas redes sociais é tudo uma maravilha.
Sem contar que ainda pagamos taxa de Obra por um empreendimento que já foi entregue às chaves por que falta documentação da parte deles
Totally dissatisfied with the Parque Gonçalves Ledo project, the construction company hurriedly delivered it to us with several structural problems (no water, broken elevator, wrong garage ramp, they didn't do the INTERNET PIPING, no resident can have Internet because there's no structure. we have lived there for 2 months and no position from Telesil.
I do not recommend . On social media, everything is wonderful.
Not to mention that we still pay a Construction fee for a project that has already been handed over to the keys because they lack documentation on their part.
