 I went through 3 clinics that said they knew what they were doing. Just taking my money. I had the opportunity to meet dr.onoroi q talked to me for almost 2 hours mi aconcelhou mi helped a lot. Today I do treatment with them

Estou iniciando um tratamento de implantes na mesma, porém já comecei insatisfeita com o atendimento, um grupo como ADOCI tem apenas uma (01) pessoa para cuidar da área financeira, e só atende nos dias de terças e quintas-feiras na clinica.
estou tentando falar com a mesma desde ontem dia 08/08 mandei varias mgs no whatsapp e liguei varias vezes e não obtive êxito.
Acho um descaso com os pacientes e falta de respeito.

I am starting an implant treatment in it, but I have already started dissatisfied with the service, a group like ADOCI has only one (01) person to take care of the financial area, and only meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the clinic.
I'm trying to talk to her since yesterday 08/08 I sent several mgs on whatsapp and called several times and was unsuccessful.
I find a disregard for patients and lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No inicio do tratamento não gostei pois, fiz uma cirurgia de implante desnecessária, só depois o médico verificou que não tinha osso suficiente, tive que refazer exames e começar tudo do zero. Depois tive sorte de fazer a cirurgia com a Dr. Eliane ótima médica e deu tudo certo.
Mas, quando preciso ligar para marcar algum exame, é um saco nunca a pessoa está ou tá ocupada mais te deixam 20 minutos para dizer há vc pode retornar.
At the beginning of the treatment I didn't like it because I had an unnecessary implant surgery, only after the doctor verified that I didn't have enough bone, I had to retake exams and start over from scratch. Then I was lucky to have the surgery with Dr. Eliane, a great doctor and everything went well.
But, when I need to call to schedule an exam, it sucks the person is never or busy but they leave you 20 minutes to say you can return.

É um curso que usa as instalações da Clínica mas é independente nos valores (preços) e profissionais (dentistas), curso criado e dirigido durante muitos anos pelo saudoso Dr. Roberto Ferrari que já não está mais na direção. Como faço tratamento a mais de 21 anos posso dizer que, surte resultados e os implantes estão firme e forte na minha cavidade oral. Tem um detalhe significativo que é: o paciente paga o valor do material usado pela Curso de Implante e uma taxa de R$ 100,00 (cem reais) para a Clínica, então o valor é algo que "pessoas normais" que tem salário normal, conseguem pagar sem ter que vender o rim, outro detalhe é que o atendimento e feito com a supervisão de um professor capacitado e atualizado em técnicas modernas.
