★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro, Fiat toro, na venda me disseram q os veículos passam por vistoria e laudo cautelar, mas o meu veículo tinha duas portas pintadas do mesmo lado, acredito que tenha acontecido alguma colisão forte, descobri pq levei para fazer uma vitrificacao no carro e o rapaz me mostrou como estava ruim a pintura, mandei pintar por minha conta de novo e de forma correta, depois disso o carro que tinha 50 mil km rodados apresentou inúmeros problemas elétricos, mecânicos e posso dizer que a garantia que é dada no ato da compra NAO SERVE PARA NADA, só perca de tempo, levei algumas vezes para resolver problemas eles diziam que iam solucionar, pois a concessionária fazia parte de uma grande grupo de outras marcas, inclusive da Fiat, uma conversa fiada, não resolveu nada, Muito ruim, não recomendo. Acredito que não existe carro revisado nesse lugar. Não confio.

Comprei um carro seminovo com eles que quando o vendedor me mostrou estava com o ar condicionado sem funcionar, antes de fechar a compra foi acertado que eu receberia o carro com o serviço do ar condicionado realizado e tudo nos conformes. Logo após se encerrar o período de garantia o ar condicionado parou de funcionar novamente, levei numa especializada e condenaram todo o sistema de ar, estava tudo deteriorado, o compressor, tudo. Uma fortuna pra consertar. Ou seja, a concessionária fez apenas um reparo paleativo para me vender o carro, para que o problema aparecesse depois na minha mão. Entrando em contato eles alegam que não se responsabilizam pois já saiu da garantia. Mas não me dizem qual serviço foi de fato feito no ar condicionado antes de me vender o carro. As condições de compra do carro foi que eu receberia com ar condicionado consertado e não maquiado. Empresa sem compromisso com o cliente, na hora de comprar dão toda a atenção, depois não respondem e não querem se responsabilizar por nada.

Em contra partida, fui bastante bem atendido e , antes do vendedor fazer a observação sobre o possível erro do site, ele pesquisou no sistema da loja a fim de encontrar o veículo pretendido

Passaram uma cera para esconder a pintura queimada, que só faz aumentar. Um carro que foi pago à vista. Estou extremamente insatisfeita. Nunca mais. Cuidado e OLHEM TUDO ANTES DE COMPRAR
