Chegam nas reuniões despreparados, não sabem nem o que dizem aos moradores além de serem totalmente perdidos nas informações prestadas.
WhatsApp e e-mail para eles é inexistente.
Não recomendo!!!!!
Worst condominium management company I have ever seen!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respondem e quando respondem dao informações incompletas... devem ter reduzido o quadro de funcionários, pois demoram uma vida para atenderem e 3 dias para responder WhatsApp. Péssima experiência.
They do not respond and when they do respond, they give incomplete information... they must have reduced the staff, as they take a lifetime to respond and 3 days to respond to WhatsApp. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei de apartamento, mesmo condomínio, liguei pra atualizar meu status, o atendente disse que estava tudo certo e eu não recebi DOIS BOLETOS DE CONDOMÍNIO, BOLETO DE IPTU, RATEIO DE CONDOMÍNIO. Agora, eu estou com conta atrasada e eu que me vire, né?
I changed apartments, same condominium, I called to update my status, the attendant said that everything was fine and I did not receive TWO CONDOMINIUM BOLETOS, IPTU BOLETO, CONDOMINIUM RATEIO. Now, I have a late bill and I have to make do, right?

I've been trying to get on the phone for 40 minutes and no one answers!! I can't speak in any of the 3 options for extensions and not even the "wait to be answered". Nobody answer!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como administradora da locaçáo do meu apartamento revelou-se rigorosa e competente, cuidando da revisâo do estado na entrega do imóvel ao final da locaçáo. Farei nova avaliaçáo, agora, quanto ao serviço de corretagem e venda do referido imóvel que está sendo disponibilizado para venda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já iniciei a experiência com a empresa de uma maneira PÉSSIMA. Precisei de uma autorização (que me foi informado por pessoas que entendem que era rápido, pois se trata de um documento simples). Liguei pra perguntar, a pessoa que me atendeu foi MUITO mal educada. Expliquei minha situação, que precisava com um pouco de urgência pois minha mudança dependia disso (viria de outra cidade), e ela me respondeu “urgência todo mundo quer minha filha, não posso fazer nada, a gente vai fazer da maneira padrão”. Fiquei quieta, tudo bem, mandei os documentos logo após o almoço na esperança de ter até o fim do dia, e simplesmente não me mandaram NADA. Agora estou dependente disso, criaram um obstáculo a mais, não tive uma satisfação, absolutamente nada, isso porque é um documento simples, imagina se é algo mais complexo. Se a função é ajudar, falharam, pois só sabem dificultar a vida da gente, além de contratarem pessoas mal educadas e que destratam os outros.
I already started the experience with the company in a TERRIBLE way. I needed an authorization (which I was told by people who understand that it was fast, as it is a simple document). I called to ask, the person who answered me was VERY rude. I explained my situation, which I needed a little urgently because my move depended on it (I would come from another city), and she replied “urgently, everyone wants my daughter, I can't do anything, we'll do it the standard way”. I kept quiet, all right, I sent the documents right after lunch in the hope of having until the end of the day, and they just didn't send me ANYTHING. Now I'm dependent on it, they created one more obstacle, I didn't have any satisfaction, absolutely nothing, that's because it's a simple document, imagine if it's something more complex. If the function is to help, they failed, because they only know how to make life difficult for people, in addition to hiring rude people who mistreat others.
