I bought a 0 km motorcycle, they delivered to me with the seat torn and until the present date (qse days), I have not had a return... Lack of respect with the consumer. I'm going to complain too in the complaint here

O pagamento da sua moto na troca é bem razoável. Infelizmente não comprei por aparecer uma mega oferta de outra moto no dia seguinte ao contato
I ended up not buying but they are extremely polite people and personalized service without being invasive, calling you all the time to buy a motorcycle. The payment for your motorcycle in the exchange is very reasonable. Unfortunately I didn't buy it because there was a mega offer on another bike the day after contacting me.

Comprei a moto nessa loja e só arrumo lá tbm. Desde então tenho problemas com a moto, deixei pra arrumar caixa de direção e 2 meses depois levei em outro mecânico pq a caixa estava solta. Outra vez deixei para revisão e quando peguei o painel não funcionava e ainda queriam colocar a culpa em mim. PESSIMO atendimento, PESSIMA mão de obra.... NÃO É DE CONFIANÇA!
Never leave your motorcycle to be fixed in this workshop.
I bought the bike at this store and I just fix it there too. Since then I have had problems with the bike, I left the steering box to be fixed and 2 months later I took it to another mechanic because the box was loose. Another time I left it for review and when I picked it up the panel didn't work and they still wanted to blame me. TERRIBLE service, TERRIBLE workmanship.... NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
