Moro em um condomínio administrado pela Possi e nem iluminação nas áreas comuns do prédio temos. Corredores então ? Nem pensar! Temos que entrar nos apartamentos no escuro usando a luz do celular. A pintura do prédio está tão velha mais tão velha que as pessoas do bairro pensam que é um imóvel abandonado, a garagem mais parece uma estrada de terra de tanto buraco, isso que pagamos 300 reais de condomínio pra não ter NADA! Se você quer ver seu dinheiro ir pro ralo entre em contato com eles são excelentes nisso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, meu contrato ja estava com período indeterminado, ou seja nao houve uma nova renovação e sim automática. Esta imobiliária jutamente com a proprietária do imóvel em que morei na rua Justino Nigro, 546 casa 3, cobraram multa de prazo de 30 dias de aviso da entrega das chaves, sendo que foi avisado com os 30 dias de antecedência com e-mail, e mesmo assim me cobraram. Esta reclamação ja foi realizada no procon de SP com toda a documentação comprovando as datas de e-mails e gravação de audio, Mesmo assim depois de quase 30 dias nao houve resposta desta imobliaria, vou entrar com ação de pequenas causas no forun de Sto Amaro. Quanto a casa, digo que nao ha manutenção a anos da proprietária, a fiação é antiga, disjuntores e chuveiro nao suportam e queimam com facilidade. NAO ALUGUEM ESTE IMÓVEL .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As corretoras só servem pra enganar a gente , ficam de dar uma posição e não dão … fui ver um imóvel e comecei a dar entrada nas papeladas, quando fui assinar o contrato ele estava com um imóvel localizado na mooca sendo que eu estava vendo uma em Santo Amaro , após isso desistimos da compra (não é por menos) …. Uns 4 meses depois outra corretora entrou em contato para falar dar mesma casa , explicamos do que tinha acontecido conosco e ela se desculpou pela outra corretora e prometeu que isso não aconteceria mais. Tivemos que fazer uma nova proposta de valor por conta do tempo que já havia passado , quando enviamos ficaram de dar uma resposta novamente, passou um mês alegaram que o irmão do vendedor tinha morrido , aguardamos mais um mês , chegou dezembro e informaram que iam ter que fazer um novo inventário e ficaram de dar uma resposta agora em janeiro, hoje dia 31/01/2022 fomos olhar outras casas quando nos deparamos com a mesma ainda a venda sendo que já tinham até tirado dos sites …. Muita falta de ética e responsabilidade de todos, principalmente da Natália Paiva, e da Ilda que foram as pessoas que entraram em contato comigo.
