★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estive no estabelecimento segunda procurando casa para alugar na região da imobiliária estou vindo do interior, moça da recepção pediu para aguardar que alguém viria me atender, outra moça me atendeu se apresentou como fernanda que me levou para uma sala onde o atendimento teve menos de um minuto quando falei o valor que estou procurando pouco caso, uma falta de respeito só é melhor atendido se eu fosse interessado em comprar não recomendo e não volto

Telefonista me atendeu perguntou endereço do imóvel e meu nome, em seguida passou para uma atendente e a mesma simplesmente pergunta se eu quero anotar telefone do corretor para maiores informações que ela não tinha, ela não sabe explicar informações do imóvel pra que a telefonista me passou para mesma? Telefonista poderia ter anotado meu contato ou ela mesma me passar do corretor, ao invés de fazer essa triagem para atendente despreparada que não consegue passar uma informação do imóvel. Liguei para outra imobiliária que estava com placa também no imóvel e tive todas as informações que precisava!!!
A terrible service, neglect with the customer FUJAM !!! Operator answered me asked the property address and my name, then passed to an attendant and she simply asks if I want to write down the broker's phone for more information she didn't have, she can't explain property information to which the operator gave me for same? Operator could have noted my contact or herself pass me the broker, instead of doing this screening for unprepared attendant who can not pass a property information. I called another real estate that was also with sign in the property and had all the information I needed !!!

Melhor decisão que ja tomei foi deixar meu imovel ser gerenciado pela Delmo, recebo o aluguel e nao preciso me preocupar com nada, eles se encarregam de tudo, e caso haja algum problema ou imprevisto (somos todos humanos) a equipe é bem reativa para ajudar a resolver da melhor forma possivel e no menor prazo. Super recomendo.
Great service! Best decision I ever made was leaving my imovel be managed by Delmo, I get the rent and do not need to worry about anything, they are in charge of everything, and if there are any problems or unexpected (we are all human) The staff is very reactive to help to solve in the best way possible and in the shortest time. Super recommend.

Os proprietários devem adorar porque agem de má fé nas vistorias com intuito de fazer os proprietários não devolverem os depósitos realizados (colocando mais avarias DEPOIS da vistoria e entrega das chaves). Paguei durante anos o aluguel em dia e no momento que a proprietária pediu o imóvel, recebemos carta ameaçando despejo judicial em 15 dias, sendo que tínhamos 3 meses de depósito. Amadores, mal educados, não dão nenhum tipo de assessoria, se quiserem alugar ou comprar um imóvel, FUJAM DESTA IMOBILIÁRIA QUE SÓ TEM MALANDROS!!! Agora, se você é um proprietário irresponsável e mau caráter, coloque seu imóvel nesta imobiliária. Dá certinho!
A resposta abaixo é padrão. Entregamos a casa MELHOR do que estava antes. Cobraram mil reais (!!!) um assento de vaso sanitário, não mandaram nota fiscal de nada, pedreiro da proprietária, ou seja, com conflito de interesses entre outras coisas que realmente é melhor não detalhar por aqui. Pela resposta que deram, é possível comprovar a malandragem. FUJAM DESTA IMOBILIÁRIA!!!!
Extremely rude real estate agent with tenants of their properties. Owners should love it because they act in bad faith in surveys in order to make the owners not return the deposits made (putting more damage AFTER the inspection and handing over the keys). I paid the rent on time for years and the moment the landlord asked for the property, we received a letter threatening judicial eviction in 15 days, and we had 3 months of deposit. Amateurs, ill-educated, do not give any kind of advice, if they want to rent or buy a property, FLEE FROM THIS REAL ESTATE THAT ONLY HAS MALANDERS !!! Now, if you are an irresponsible owner and bad character, place your property in this real estate. It works!
The answer below is standard. We delivered the house BETTER than it was before. They charged a thousand reais (!!!) for a toilet seat, did not send an invoice for anything, mason of the owner, that is, with a conflict of interest among other things that it is really better not to detail here. By the answer they gave, it is possible to prove the trickery. FLEE FROM THIS REAL ESTATE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem o que prometem e deixam seu imóvel deteroriar .. Só o dono presta, o resto é totalmente sem palavras e interesse pessoal. Não tratam com respeitam clientes antigos.
They don't fulfill what they promise and let their property deteriorate.. Only the owner is good, the rest is totally speechless and personal interest. They don't treat old customers with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pessoas sem aptidão para lidar com público e com atitude arrogante. Durante todo o período de locação, faziam o mínimo porém não esperava nada além disso. O principal desconforto foi a primeira versão do contrato que não estava de acordo com a lei do inquilinato, um absurdo. Então no momento em que saí do imóvel foram inconvenientes e mal educados. Querem respostas imediatas e te ligam incessantemente até que você atenda, por mais que você trabalhe em horário comercial (parece que você precisa estar à disposição deles). Uma pena, pois o proprietário do imóvel é uma pessoa educada, agradável e com muito bom-senso. Aliás, a conversa com ele era sempre fácil e tranquila, diferente da imobiliária.

Vejam como todas as respostas de avaliações negativas da Imobiliária são apontando erros e culpando os avaliadores.
Realmente demorei alguns dias para responder às perguntas, pois foi no período em que me casei. Inclusive durante esses dias eu mantive contato tranquilo e fluído com o proprietário.
Para quem estiver lendo, vejam a atitude arrogante da Delmo em todas as avaliações negativas, pense em uma situação que seja necessário dialogar para resolver um problema e imagine como seria o suporte deles...
Poor service, people with no aptitude for dealing with the public and an arrogant attitude. During the entire rental period, they did the minimum but didn't expect anything beyond that. The main discomfort was the first version of the contract that was not in accordance with the tenancy law, an absurdity. So the moment I left the property they were inconvenient and rude. They want immediate answers and they call you incessantly until you answer, no matter how hard you work during business hours (it seems like you need to be there for them). A pity, because the owner of the property is a polite, pleasant person with a lot of common sense. In fact, the conversation with him was always easy and calm, unlike the real estate one.

It really took me a few days to answer the questions as it was around the time I got married. Even during these days I kept in calm and fluid contact with the owner.
