Além de ficarem todo tempo jogando na cara que todas as regras estão no regulamento, como se tivéssemos que saber todo o regulamento no primeiro dia. Atendimento pessimo dos funcionários.
Terrible. As a new tenant resident, in the residence park, instead of being welcomed, they put up a lot of obstacles to let me into my own apartment. Besides being all the time playing in the face that all the rules are in the regulation, as if we had to know the entire regulation on the first day. Poor service from employees.
