★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa devia sair fora de contagem. A linha 7100 deixa a desejar em todos os sentidos!!! Dificuldade extrema pra pegar ônibus por falta de carro e de motorista segundo o Próprio motorista da linha que me disse. Pessoas que necessita da linha no domingo ficam no prejuízo por que não roda ( VERGONHA)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviços de péssima qualidade : ônibus sempre lotados em horários de pico, carros que não recebem manutenção, peças caindo sobre passageiros, motoristas despreparados e grosseiros (a maioria deles coloca passageiros em risco ao exceder a velocidade de segurança). Já passou da hora dessa empresa ser substituída. Fora Transimao!
Poor quality services: buses always crowded at peak times, cars that are not maintained, parts falling on passengers, unprepared and rude drivers (most of them put passengers at risk by exceeding safe speed). It's time for this company to be replaced. Out Transimao!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem UM DIA que esse ônibus passa no horário, só está semana já pularam o horário de 6:20 3x e ainda estamos na quinta-feira. Ônibus LOTADO e ainda em horário de pico as viagens são feitas em microônibus. Essa linha só funciona quando as pessoas começam a ligar muito para transcon e infelizmente dependo dela. Espero que avaliem isso pq essa semana esta uma irresponsabilidade fora do normal. Obrigada
There's not ONE DAY that this bus passes on schedule, only this week the 6:20 schedule has already been skipped 3 times and it's still Thursday. FULL Buses and even at peak times, trips are made by minibus. This line only works when people start calling transcon a lot and unfortunately I depend on it. I hope you evaluate this because this week is an unusual irresponsibility. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima ônibus todo sujo . Não cumpre horários uma falta de respeito com usuários. Aí vc liga pra.empresa e alguém que atende o tel depois de horas ficando. Tem a coragem de falar que reclamações é até as 18:00 sendo que é depois desde horário que começa o inferno . Ônibus sempre lotado e a campainha nunca funciona vc tem que berra pro motorista para no seu ponto.isto é quando ele para péssima empresa o dono deveria pegar ônibus no horário de pique.ele ou a mãe ou a mulher . Alguém que ele ama muito . Péssima empresa
Terrible, dirty bus. Does not meet schedules a lack of respect with users. Then you call pra.empresa and someone who answers the phone after hours staying. Have the courage to say that complaints are until 18:00 and it's after that time that hell starts. Bus always full and the bell never works you have to yell at the driver to stop at your stop.this is when he stops a bad company the owner should take the bus at rush hour.he or his mother or his wife. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linhas com escassez de ônibus, fazendo com que trafeguem com lotação de usuários mesmo neste período de pandemia. O atendimento na garagem é horrendo, com funcionários que apenas nos enrolam e não passam informação correta. Ônibus velhos e sujos que geram atraso mesmo com os motoristas se esforçando para ajudar o trabalhador que necessita do transporte publico. Tarifas com preços exorbitantes que não condizem com o atendimento dado. Descaso total com o passageiro!
Lines with shortage of buses, causing them to travel with a crowd of users even in this pandemic period. The service in the garage is horrendous, with employees who just fool us and don't give correct information. Old and dirty buses that generate delays even with the drivers making an effort to help the worker who needs public transport. Rates with exorbitant prices that do not match the service given. Total disregard for the passenger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa Transimão responsável pela linha 2290 Nacional deveria ser banida do transporte urbano em Contagem!
Os ônibus da linha 2290 são precários, caindo os pedaços, quebram todos os dias, andam sempre superlotados a ponto de não pararem no caminho por não caber mais passageiros (isso, em plena pandemia). A noite após às 19 horas, a gente chega a ficar 1 hora esperando no ponto de ônibus e quando vem, passa direto.
Às vezes vem com o painel dianteiro apagado ou até mesmo trocado; numa das noites passadas, o ônibus 2290 (Nacional)que segue pela avenida Abílio Machado veio com o letreiro indicando RIACHO, sendo que tal bairro é próximo a BR 381 e o ônibus vai pela Avenida Amazonas. O motorista simplesmente alegou que "carro da Transimão é assim mesmo...".
E agora às 13:00 do dia 14/02 mais um guerreiro caído dentro do bairro. Empresa lixo!!!!!!

Line 2290 buses are precarious, falling apart, break down every day, are always overcrowded to the point of not stopping on the way because there is no room for more passengers (this, in the middle of a pandemic). At night after 19:00, we wait 1 hour at the bus stop and when it comes, it goes straight through.
Sometimes it comes with the front panel off or even changed; On one of the past nights, the bus 2290 (Nacional) that goes along Avenida Abilio Machado came with the sign indicating RIACHO, and this neighborhood is close to BR 381 and the bus goes along Avenida Amazonas. The driver simply claimed that "Transimão's car is like that...".
And now at 13:00 on the 14/02th another warrior fallen inside the neighborhood. Rubbish company!!!!!!
