★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transporte pode até ser rápido,mas o pessoal de terra e totalmente desenformado só consegui retirar uma encomendo depois de quase brigar.
Transport can even be fast, but the ground personnel and totally uninformed only managed to pick up an order after almost fighting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem pode se dizer ônibus, parece mais carroças puxadas por motores, totalmente sucateados, empresa não moderniza nunca. Lamentável ou melhor trágico.
It can't even be called a bus, it looks more like carts pulled by engines, totally scrapped, the company never modernizes. Sad or rather tragic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou utilizando as linhas 101D, 474 e 570 ( Municipais de Contagem) e 2381, 2420 ( metropolitanas ), e tudo que vejo é total descaso com o passageiro, veículos em péssimo estado e motoristas aparentemente despreparados. Porém hoje 03/04/2022 embarquei na linha 7841, o motorista corria, não reduzia nem em quebra molas e buracos, por volta das 7:20 quando o ônibus passava pela avenida Amazonas, em BH, uma passageira se levantou pra se dirigir a porta de desembarque, o motorista freou bruscamente e ela veio a cair, outros passageiros se levantaram para ajudar, porém o motorista do carro 97072 nada fez, nem mesmo perguntou a passageira se tinha machucado, continuou a dirigir como se nada tivesse acontecido. Já vi cena similar na linha 4610, operada pela Viação Brasília, onde o motorista parou o veículo e foi averiguar se o passageiro que caiu havia se machucado e se dispôs a levá-lo a uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento. Enfim total desrespeito ao passageiro por parte da empresa, também conhecida por Transimão, e por alguns de seus colaboradores, não adianta denunciar ao órgão gerenciador ( SEINFRA ), pois eles respondem que fiscalizam e que a empresa está apta a operar de acordo com as diretrizes do órgão, o que não é verdade.
I'm using lines 101D, 474 and 570 (Municipal de Contagem) and 2381, 2420 (metropolitan), and all I see is total disregard for the passenger, vehicles in terrible condition and apparently unprepared drivers. But today 03/04/2022 I boarded line 7841, the driver was running, he didn't even reduce springs and holes, around 7:20 when the bus was passing through Amazonas Avenue, in BH, a passenger got up to go to arrival door, the driver braked sharply and she fell, other passengers got up to help, but the driver of car 97072 did nothing, he did not even ask the passenger if she was injured, he continued to drive as if nothing had happened. I've seen a similar scene on line 4610, operated by Viação Brasília, where the driver stopped the vehicle and went to see if the passenger who fell had been injured and was willing to take him to an Emergency Care Unit. Finally, total disrespect for the passenger by the company, also known as Transimão, and by some of its employees, there is no point in reporting it to the managing body (SEINFRA), as they respond that they inspect and that the company is able to operate in accordance with the guidelines of the organ, which is not true.
