 It was a great experience... at first I didn't really know what to buy and Gisele helped me and the final product was great, the person who received it loved it. Exciting experience. Gisele updated me at every step and sent photos and video and I definitely recommend it. Congratulations Gisele may God bless your work that brings happiness and affection to people.

Great job, excellent communication and care for the customer and the product. Breakfast basket made with lots of love. During the ordering process, I was always well attended. GS has a DOM for building baskets. I highly recommend!

Pós-resposta do estabelecimento: O respaldo alegado na resposta não ocorreu. Depois de muita insistência minha por estas infos, chegaram a pedir mais 1h além do atraso para entrega, o que não foi aceito e foi curiosamente atribuído na resposta do estabelecimento como alteração - o que houve, isso sim, foi um pedido mais incisivo de devolução ou resolução imediata. Somente após isto resolveram de fato priorizar a entrega, que ainda assim levou mais 20 minutos. E quanto ao cartão, se de fato seria uma mensagem padrão não deveriam ter perguntado qual seria a mensagem que gostaria de ter no cartão, como fizeram antes da contratação.

Establishment post-response: The support claimed in the response did not occur. After a lot of insistence on my part for this information, they even asked for another 1h in addition to the delay for delivery, which was not accepted and was curiously attributed in the establishment's response as a change - what there was, that yes, was a more incisive request for a return or immediate resolution. Only after that did they actually decide to prioritize the delivery, which still took another 20 minutes. A Giselle foi muito atenciosa e proativa, montou a cesta conforme a minha necessidade, pois minha mãe é diabético e teve que ser uma cesta especial. Giselle was very attentive and proactive, she set up the basket according to my need, as my mother is diabetic and it had to be a special basket. In addition to the basket being beautiful, the service was very affectionate and punctual. My mother praised the delivery man, said he was very nice and polite. That makes me a loyal customer.

The service was impeccable...even from a distance I managed to close the birthday basket for a special person with all the items I had chosen. Delivery was punctual and they even sent a photo of the person receiving the basket. I loved it!!
