★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente to chocada com essa loja... comprei um armário no dia 10/01/13, e o prazo de entrega era até o dia 09/02, visto que esse foi o principal motivo da compra, hoje 06/02 entrei em contato com a loja para confirmar se a entrega realmente será feita até o dia 09/02 e fui informada que o armário ainda nem está na loja, só chegará no dia 08/02, sendo que quando chegar ainda é preciso fazer as alterações e acabamento, traduzindo só será entregue após o dia 21/02. Quando liguei para loja comentei que vi na internet alguns comentários de que a loja não cumpre o prazo, e sabe o que eles me disseram? "Isso é normal acontece com toda loja.". Não acho normal, prazo é primordial! Você entra na loja é super bem recebida, te pintam o céu, e quando você percebe esta se aborrecendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja com ótimos vendedores. Vende-se móveis de madeiras de lei. A entrega é feita de acordo com o combinado. Faz entrega em todo o Rio de Janeiro, mas o frete é cobrado conforme a distância e é cobrado à parte. Há várias lojas de móveis na mesma rua. Não há estacionamento perto. O carro irá ficar na rua. Paga-se um valor para o carro ficar parado na rua ao funcionário da Prefeitura local.
Great store with great sellers. Hardwood furniture for sale. Delivery is made as agreed. It delivers throughout Rio de Janeiro, but freight is charged according to distance and is charged separately. O acabamento é péssimo nem o trabalho de lixar tiveram. Por dentro então nem se fala. Tudo áspero. Sem contar que não veio na cor escolhida. Não recomendo. Alexandra ficou de resolver assim que melhorar a situação. Caso não resolva como deixei comentários irei tb redes sociais. Sem contar que nem minha nota fiscal entregaram.
Bad experience with this store. I bought my 1st wardrobe, it was excellent. I decided to buy the 2nd. What a regret. The material is in the 5th category. The finish is awful and neither did the sanding work. Inside, then, you don't even talk. Everything rough. Not to mention that it didn't come in the chosen color. I do not recommend. Alexandra was left to resolve once the situation improved. If it does not resolve as I left comments I will also tb social networks. Not to mention that not even my invoice delivered.
