★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam exigir o uso da máscara de todos os passageiros. Pelo menos 3 passageiros sem máscara no ônibus. E mesmo tossindo não usaram máscara.
They must require the use of the mask from all passengers. At least 3 passengers without a mask on the bus. And even coughing, they did not wear a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive estresse em viajar pela Guanabara. Geralmente os ônibus são limpos e bem conservados. Não é comum haver atrasos exagerados. E os motoristas, normalmente, são simpáticos e competentes. Mas esse guichê de venda tem um atendimento terrível!!! Pense num povo antipático e mal educado!!!
I never had any stress in traveling through Guanabara. Buses are generally clean and well maintained. It is not common to have exaggerated delays. And drivers are usually friendly and competent. But this sales window has terrible service !!! Think of an unsympathetic and rude people !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitos dos carros não tem carregadores internos para celulares e nem Wi-Fi, alguns tem assentos muito juntos de modo que não consigo me mexer numa viagem de longa distância , como são Paulo a fortaleza que são mais de 48 horas contínuas na mesma posição. Fora isso a empresa estar de parabéns pela pontualidade e boa recepção. Obrigada Guanabara.
Many of the cars do not have internal chargers for cell phones or Wi-Fi, some have seats too close together so I can’t move on a long distance trip, like São Paulo the fortress that are more than 48 hours continuous in the same position. Other than that the company is to be congratulated for the punctuality and good reception. Thank you Guanabara.
