Pois é a primeira e última vez que entro dentro deste estabelecimento , hoje dia 11 de dezembro de 2017 fui até o estabelecimento para comprar uma broca de perfuração de aço e uma senhora me perguntou qual o tamanho então respondi , pode ser número 6 eu sinceramente não entendo muito de modelos de broca mais no começo da conversa deixei bem claro , eu necessito de uma broca para perfuração de aço , mais a senhora q me atendeu me vendeu uma broca pra perfurar parede .
Me desloquei até o local aonde iria usar a broca para realizar o serviço e percebi q não estava tento resultado , então retornei ao estabelecimento para passar para a senhora que tinha me vendido o produto errado e ela disse que não poderia fazer nada pq eu já tinha usado o produto , então eu disse mais senhora eu pedi uma broca de aço e a senhora me vendeu uma broca pra concreto eu nunca usei então não tem como eu diferenciar uma da outra e ela insistiu em dizer q não iria trocar .
Um senhor que provavelmente trabalha la me disse mais se vc viu que tava errado e mesmo assim levou e usou então não vamos trocar , que se eu tivesse corrigido o erro aí sim , então mostrei pra ele q o erro não partiu de mim pq fui claro na hora do pedido eu pedi uma broca de perfurar aço , então ele perguntou pra senhora que me vendeu se foi isso mesmo é ela confirmou que foi , na ele se fez de desentendido e falou , há agora não sei quem tá errado não se resolvam vocês dois aí ...
Fiquei sem paciência e pra não faltar com respeito com nenhum deles taquei a broca no chão e sai andando e disse pra eles q $20.00 não iria me deixar bem mais pobre nem mais rico e que eles fizessem bom aproveito do dinheiro
Não recomendo não indico para ninguém pessoa mal qualificada para está exercendo a função de atendente ...

Because it is the first and last time that I enter this establishment, today December 11, 2017 I went to the establishment to buy a steel drill bit and a lady asked me what size so I answered, it may be number 6 I honestly don't I know a lot about drill models but at the beginning of the conversation I made it very clear, I need a drill bit for steel drilling, but the lady who attended me sold me a drill to drill the wall.
I went to the place where I would use the drill to perform the service and I realized that I was not trying so much, so I returned to the establishment to pass it on to the lady who had sold me the wrong product and she said she couldn't do anything because I already had used the product, so I said more lady I asked for a steel drill and you sold me a concrete drill I never used it so there is no way I can differentiate one from the other and she insisted that I would not change it.
A gentleman who probably works there told me more if you saw that it was wrong and still took it and used it so let's not change it, that if I had corrected the error there, then I showed him that the error didn't come from me because I was clear on order time I asked for a steel drill bit, so he asked the lady who sold me if it was that right and she confirmed that it was, he did not understand and said, there is now I don’t know who is wrong do not solve the two of you there ...
I ran out of patience and not to lack respect with any of them I touched the drill on the floor and walked away and told them that $ 20.00 would not make me much poorer or richer and that they would make good use of the money
I do not recommend I do not indicate to anyone ill qualified person to be exercising the role of attendant ...
