★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com o convênio da Amil dental. Precisava fazer um canal, liguei perguntando se atendiam responderam Sim. Fui até o local e o dentista disse para procurar um especialista em canal... resumindo não fez porque era convênio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha feito um canal no qual ficou no curativo para posteriormente em outra consulta fechar mas caiu o curativo e quando fui ligar dizendo que gostaria de colocar outro curativo a atendente fui super grossa e fez descaso e por fim marcou e desligou na minha cara ! Não indico está clinica para ninguém.
He had made a channel that was in dressing for later in another query close but dropped the bandage and when I call saying that I would like to put another bandage attendant was super thick and did neglect and finally scored and hung up on me! Not indicate clinic for anyone.

Infelizmente não queria comentar sobre esse assunto...Mas a maneira que fui tratado por uma funcionária que se identificou por Camila no dia 22/08/2020 no período da manhã foi desumano e incoerente, com sua ignorância e falta de educação desligou o telefone enquanto eu falava com ela. Liguei novamente e quem atendeu o telefone foi o Dentista Rodrigo ( um ótimo profissional ). Isso só mostra o quanto esta funcionária não tem nenhuma paciência e conduta de trabalho.
Se a mesma não quer trabalhar, dê espaço à outra pessoa,que venha exercer o profissionalismo da maneira correta.
Espero que os responsáveis revejam este tipo de atitude de seus funcionários.

Unfortunately I did not want to comment on this subject ... But the way I was treated by an employee who identified herself by Camila on 08/22/20 in the morning was inhuman and incoherent, with her ignorance and lack of education she hung up the phone while I talked to her. I called again and who answered the phone was Dentist Rodrigo (a great professional). It just shows how much this employee has no patience and work conduct.
If they do not want to work, make room for the other person, who will exercise professionalism in the right way.
I hope that those responsible will review this type of attitude from their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente não acreditem nessas avaliações negativas , eu faço tratamento de aparelho a 3 anos e a Dra Márcia é uma mulher sensacional e sem palavras uma mulher nota 1000 , as atendentes são super simpáticas todos que trabalham lá são simpáticos mais é aquilo tbm se vc marcou uma consulta vc tem que chegar uns minutos antes pelo menos
People do not believe in these negative reviews , I have been undergoing braces treatment for 3 years and Dr. Márcia is a sensational woman and without words a 1000 grade woman , the attendants are super nice everyone who works there is nice but it 's that too if you booked one consultation you have to arrive a few minutes earlier at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica com muito problema não tem horário,pra você remarcar uma consulta é quase 30 dias, se vc se atrasar um pouco não tem tolerância...Porém antigamente era um pouco melhor hoje deixa a desejar, até parei de fazer meu tratamento nessa clínica .
