★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Particularmente não gosto do atendimento sempre que preciso fico na mão precisei remarcar a consulta me passaram quatro números de telefone, um da central que não consegue remarcar consulta pois a da capitão Gabriel é uma franquia e os dois números que me passaram da como não existe ,e o que me passaram pessoalmente na unidade só da ocupado, todos os dias de consulta é com hora marcada porém o tempo de espera é no mínimo de 40 minutos cheguei a esperar uma hora e meia para ser atendida mesmo ter marcado horário. resumindo pessimo atendimento por um valor considerado alto para o tipo de atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mes tenho uma reclamação, sobre meu tratamento não tenho o que reclamar porém sobre falta de informação e alguns atendentes da recepção com cara de mal humor parece que trabalha ali forçado, e hoje fui com 2 breque quebrados, ambos sinferior o dotor Rodrigo só fez a manutenção de 1 e o outro do fundo não deixou sem e não fez questão de colocar outro, sem contar que mês passado fiz a moldagem é hoje iria colocar o móvel superior, porém chegando lá o dotor me informa que só ia remover após eu fazer o aumento de 1 dente superior que o mesmo pediu, sai de lá insatisfeito pq ele não me disse isso no mês passado que teria já tratado de fazer, como disse falta de informação, por essa parte minha avaliação é 1 estrela é insatisfação total.
Vamos passar as informações completas né para não haver mais transtornos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o deposito do meu pagamento no dia 10.05 e nao consegui enviar o comprovante , no dia 11.05 enviei e disseram que o pagamento não valia mais mesmo ter sido feito no dia certo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi Péssima, enrolam e enrolam, só trocam a borrachinha e nada de progredir no tratamento. Fiquei quase 6 anos pagando tratamento e nem consegui terminar todo o tratamento, e meus dentes nem eram tão tortos assim. Fora que por ter terminado o tratamento antes da hora meus dentes ficaram com sequelas, horrível esse lugar!

Uma enrolação com a manutenção só pra vc ir gastando mais e mais. Vira e meche só trocavam minha borrachinha, eu comecei a perceber a enrolação e comecei a interrrogar.. acho que me tornei a paciente mais chata deles, mais com razão né!!
Agora mesmo minha boca está sangrando sendo que eu acabei de sair de lá fora de manutenção arrumar um reparo que eles deixo a desejar o negócio me rasgando, aí Alem de estar fora da manutenção eu acabei de sair e já solto a cera e voltou a me machucar!!! Especificam 15 minutos de tolerância no horário marcado e não cumprem, funcionários foram embora antes do horário de fechamento do local e não me atenderam como combinado. Cheguei às 17:50 com 5 minutos de atraso e não fui atendido por motivo de falta de comprometimento com horário de funcionários.
Terrible service, lack of commitment to service hours.
