Tive que contratar outra empresa para ver o problema e descobri que a instalação estava completamente irregular e errada. A instalação teve q ser refeita do zero. Tive um prejuizo de 1000 reais devido a incompetência da empresa. São bons de conversa mas o serviço é porco e te enrolam.
Horrible service, I asked for them at the beginning of the year and since then, just a headache. I had to hire another company to see the problem and found that the installation was completely irregular and wrong. The installation had to be redone from scratch. I had a loss of 1000 reais due to the company's incompetence. They're good at conversation, but the service is pig and they suck you up.
