Mais só uma dica,não crítica pq trabalho com público também atendo todo tipo de clientes e sei muito bem como funciona tenho anos de experiência
Mais acho que o atendimento deve melhorar muito,tem muito atendente conversando enquanto os clientes fica perdido, procurando,se virando ,acho isso nada legal
Na minha opinião vcs deveria abordar o cliente,boa tarde,posso ajudar,se cliente aceitar ajuda,oferece produtos as vezes no cliente leva até oque nem queria ,mais leva pq o funcionário oferece ,trabalhar com público e complicado tem que está porque gosta,não pq precisa
Só isso mesmo.....vou voltar mais vezes espero que o atendimento melhore,bjs
