Fui fazer uma troca e me falaram que não era possível, não somente isso, fui mal tratada, debocharam e fizeram pouco caso de algo totalmente corriqueiro em qualquer estabelecimento mundial. Troca deveria ser um agrado ao cliente, mas essa loja não faz a mínima questão de ser agradável e cativar o cliente. Quem perde são eles.
Terrible service! I went to make an exchange and they told me that it was not possible, not only that, I was treated badly, made fun of and made light of something completely commonplace in any establishment worldwide. Exchange should be a delight for the customer, but this store doesn't make a point of being pleasant and captivating the customer. They are the losers.
