O atendimento é rápido na maioria das vezes. A área disponível aos usuários foi recentemente reorganizada oferecendo conforto enquanto o cliente espera o atendimento, infelizmente ainda não é climatizado. Um destaque é a venda de passagens pelo WhatsApp, rapidinho a entrega das passagens é feita na sua residência, acaba sendo mais cômodo do que se dirigir a agência. Os atendentes são atenciosos e resolutivos.
Obs.: encontrar vaga próxima para estacionar é um grande desafio.
