Hambúrguer de péssima qualidade, carne muito salgada , pouca calabresa, sem verduras ,muito diferente do anúncio .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido feito pelo iFood numa terça feira às 00:10 horas pra entrega a 800 metros de distância e em mais de 40 minutos não foi entregue. Ainda tentaram me enganar dizendo que não tinham recusado o pedido de cancelamento feito pela plataforma (fica registrado quando é o estabelecimento que recusa aceitar o cancelamento).
De madrugada numa terça-feira não conseguem entregar 2 lanches, imagina num dia de movimento.
Não recomendo a ninguém, só pra quem quer ficar com fome.
Um lixo!
Order made by iFood on Tuesday at 12:10 am for delivery 800 meters away and in more than 40 minutes it was not delivered. They even tried to deceive me by saying that they had not refused the cancellation request made by the platform (it is registered when it is the establishment that refuses to accept the cancellation).
At dawn on a Tuesday they are unable to deliver 2 snacks, imagine on a busy day.
I don't recommend it to anyone, just for those who want to be hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na madrugada de hj, pedi um xtudo, no valor de 18.50 paguei online, a descrição do lanche era:
-pao bola, carne artesanal, ovo, bacon, calabresa, presunto....
Meu marido recebeu o lanche, qnd eu peguei já sentir ele muito leve, qnd eu abrir, era um pão com um hambúrguer industrial e 3 rodelas de calabresa, nadaaa mais que isso, não sei se eles sabem mais propaganda enganosa é crime, entrei em contato com loja, mais fui ignorada.
Só estou dando 1 Estela pq não tem a opção de da 0
No app do ifood, são diversas queixas de pedidos errados, eu ingredientes faltando, propaganda enganosa, dentre outros.
Espero que o Ifood me reembolse pq eu não vou deixar isso assim!
Poderia ser apenas 0.10 centavos, a loja agiu de má fé, e isso é uma tremenda falta de respeito e profissionalismo!!!!
