★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente, um dos melhores sanduíches da cidade de Recife. O ambiente costuma estar lotado (por motivo) e o ambiente acaba perdendo um pouco o conforto por isso, porém não perde na qualidade do atendimento e, lógico, da qualidade da comida. O fato de poder escolher o ponto da carne é algo que sempre Pontio positivamente em hamburguerias e aqui temos isso. Recomendo!
Really, one of the best sandwiches in the city of Recife. The environment is usually crowded (for a reason) and the environment ends up loosing comfort a little for that reason, however it does not lose in the quality of the service and, of course, the quality of the food. The fact of being able to choose the point of the meat is something that Pontio always positively in hamburgers and here we have it. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi no ifood e esqueceram de um hambuguer, um veg, fiz contato pelo ifood e queriam que eu fizesse outro pedido de outra coisa para mandar o hamburguer que faltava. Ou seja erraram e queriam que eu pagasse outro frete e outro produto para concertar o erro deles. Acabei tendo que falar com a ifood eles resolveram me devolveram o dinheiro do hamburguer. Gosto muito do produto mas não é de hj que o atendimento vem caindo de qualidade.
I ordered at ifood and they forgot a hamburger, a veg, I contacted ifood and they wanted me to make another order for something else to send the missing burger. In other words, they made a mistake and wanted me to pay another freight and another product to fix their mistake. I ended up having to talk to ifood they decided to give me the burger money back. I like the product very much but it is no wonder that the service has been falling in quality.
