★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local super escondido. Aluguei um imóvel nessa empresa pq corri atrás. Acredito que eles precisam melhorar nos retornos que prometem mas nunca retornam, isso pelo menos aconteceu comigo. Mas no demais resolvem os problemas.
Super hidden location. I rented a property in this company because I ran after it. I believe they need to improve on the returns they promise but never return, at least that happened to me. But in the rest they solve the problems.

Os retornos que ficaram de me dar, na maior das vezes, só aconteceram porque fiquei ligando e/ou cobrando por mensagem. No meu caso, a impressão que ficou foi de desorganização. Além da sensação de perda de tempo, pois acredito que com um atendimento mais eficiente em uma semana tudo poderia ter sido tratado, mesmo não chegando a um denominador comum.
I spent three weeks trying to negotiate an unsuccessful lease. Extremely mismatched information among the collaborators who attended me. The feedbacks that were left to give me, most of the time, only happened because I kept calling and/or charging per message. In my case, the impression was one of disorganization. In addition to the feeling of wasting time, as I believe that with a more efficient service in a week, everything could have been dealt with, even not reaching a common denominator.
