Me desloquei da minha casa até a empresa por várias vezes, sempre a disposição de uma negociação, uma data correta para receber o pagamento…o que sempre ouço é “No final do dia faremos o pix”.
Pois bem, esse final do dia já se arrasta por mais de um mês!
Uma empresa grande, com uma enorme cartela de clientes, clientes bons e conhecidos no mercado….porém os proprietários são caloteiros!!!!
Não pagam por falta de dinheiro mas por simplesmente não quererem pagar, são aqueles tipos de pessoas que sobem na vida as custas de passar a pernas nas pessoas.

I traveled from my house to the company several times, always available for a negotiation, a correct date to receive payment… what I always hear is “At the end of the day we will do the pix”.
Well, this end of the day has been going on for over a month!
A big company, with a huge portfolio of customers, good and well-known customers in the market….but the owners are deadbeats!!!!
They don't pay for lack of money but because they simply don't want to pay, they are those types of people who rise in life at the expense of outwitting people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência da vida! Simplesmente me deixaram na mão com minha encomenda de dia das mães, mesmo eu tendo solicitado com bastante antecedência. Hoje, um dia antes de celebrar a data eles simplesmente não me respondem e não me dão ao menos um retorno sobre a situação do pedido. Completamente IRRESPONSÁVEIS!
Worst experience ever! They just let me down with my Mother's Day order, even though I ordered well in advance. Today, the day before celebrating the date, they simply don't respond to me and don't even give me a return on the status of the request. COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meu pedido foi realizado em 27/01/2022 pela vendedora Carol, porém até a presente da data 19/03/2022 não recebi os meus produtos e a resposta desde do dia 04/03/22 é que no dia seguinte já estão me envidando e até agora nada. Não recomendo essa empresa. Eles cumprem, pegam 50% do valor e não entregam.
my order was placed on 01/27/2022 by the seller Carol, but to date 03/19/2022 I have not received my products and the response since 03/04/22 is that the next day they are already being sent to me and so far nothing. I do not recommend this company. They comply, take 50% of the value and don't deliver.

Tentou me enganar, me enrolou por uma semana com uma encomenda que eu já havia pagado e só depois de muita pressão devolveu meu dinheiro. Elas já estão com essa fama por aqui. Não caiam nessa! Não façam pedido de NADA! Não vai ser entregue.
scammer! This company once had a name in the market, but is sunk. He tried to trick me, hooked me up for a week with an order that I had already paid for and only after a lot of pressure did he return my money. They already have that reputation around here. Don't fall for it! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! It won't be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido personalizado para o dia dos pais, atrasou a entrega, não foi feito a caneca no modelo que pedi e ainda faltou 1 item do pedido, que tive de buscar depois. Minha sogra também teve problemas com o prazo de entrega de outros produtos encomendados na mesma empresa.
I made a personalized order for Father's Day, the delivery was delayed, the mug was not made in the model I ordered and there was still 1 item missing from the order, which I had to pick up later. My mother-in-law also had problems with the delivery time of other products ordered from the same company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos uma encomenda de 500 bolsas para o dia do trabalho com bastante antecedência e com data garantida por eles para o dia 28/04, hoje já são 24/05 e apenas 80% das bolsas foram entregues. E o pior é que quando se liga para lá falam que já estão prontas e que serão entregues neste mesmo dia, uma verdadeira mentira! Deveriam ter ao menos um pouco de respeito com clientes falando a verdade e expondo o que de fato está acontecendo.
We placed an order for 500 bags for the day of work well in advance and with a date guaranteed by them for the 28/04th, today it is 24/05 and only 80% of the bags were delivered. And the worst thing is that when you call there they say they are ready and that they will be delivered on the same day, a real lie! They should at least have a little respect for customers telling the truth and exposing what is actually happening.
