★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra dia 23/05 de 15 peças de uma calça em linho pantacourt e 15 t Shirts modelo básico. Essas peças seriam usadas para uniforme das vendedoras da minha loja. Visto que tenho loja de vestido de festa. Pois bem. Expliquei para vendedora que me atendeu super bem e decidi pelas duas peças e quantidade.
Quando entreguei as peças para minhas vendedoras, as mesmas estavam totalmente em desarcordo com o padrão de tamanho. No caso, a calça de tamanho 36, serviu na minha vendedora de tamanho 40. Pelo alto valor da calça ( 100,00) entrei em contato com a loja, pois não achei justo ainda arcar com o custo de costureira visto que quando se compra um produto, o mesmo deve estar de acordo com as informações contidas na etiqueta. A vendedora me pediu que fosse até a loja falar com a gerente.
Quando cheguei, a gerente me disse que o tamanho 36 estava grande e que linho encolhe, e pediu para que eu lavasse as calças. Eu disse claramente que não, pois se eu fizesse isso perderia o direito de troca. Ela além de não me escutar, e me deixar em uma situação super desagradável, fez a vendedora dela que veste 40 provar a calça. E a mesma tamanho 36 ficou larga nela. Fiquei super brava por todo aquele constrangimento e pedi a nota que eu ia procurar meus direitos. Quando cheguei no caixa ela me vira e fala “ você pediu sem nota “ oiiiii?? Como assim pedi sem nota, sendo que paguei no cartão de crédito. A mesma tirou a nota na hora q eu fAlei ( dia 02/06). Estou entrando no pequenas causas para conseguir a troca das calças. Acho que os proprietários deveriam se atentar ao tipo de gerência que eles escolhem para resolução dos problemas. Visto que uma situação bem simples de ser resolvida, tenha que causar todo esse constrangimento para seu cliente e eles mesmo. Por isso, não indico. A marca não segue os padrões de numeração, causando prejuízo à quem compra.
I made a purchase on 05/23 of 15 pieces of a pantacourt linen trousers and 15 basic t shirts. These pieces would be used for the uniform of my store sellers. Since I have a party dress shop. Well. I explained to a sales clerk that she answered me very well and I decided on both parts and quantity.

She besides not listening to me, and leaving me in a very unpleasant situation, made her 40-dresser try on her pants. And the same size 36 was left in her. I was very angry about all that embarrassment and asked for the note that I was going to look for my rights. When I got to the cashier she turns around and says "you asked for no note" oiiiii ?? As so I asked without note, being that I paid in the credit card. The same took the note at the time I did (2/06/06). I'm getting into the small causes to get the pants changed. I think owners should pay attention to the kind of management they choose to solve problems. Since a very simple situation to be resolved, you have to cause all this embarrassment to your client and themselves. So I do not say. The brand does not follow the numbering standards, causing damage to the buyer.
