★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumprimos corretamente com tudo que dizia respeito ao contrato, pagamos inclusive a entrada do imóvel com antecedência e após avaliação da Caixa Econômica o imóvel foi avaliado em um valor muito inferior, após o Gustavo tentar de todas as maneiras que nós déssemos o valor que ficaria a mais da entrada, com a nossa negativa, ele e o proprietário se recusaram a devolver nosso dinheiro, com o retorno do Gustavo de que se continuassemos cobrando ele deixaria pra lá, e foi o que fez, ele e proprietário do imóvel sumiram com nosso dinheiro, mesmo com tentativas amigáveis, acionamos a justiça desde então estamos tendo um transtorno judicial imenso, além de destruir um sonho, quem está a procura de um imóvel sabe como essas coisas são importantes, então não recomendo de maneira alguma!
