De início se mostraram super solícitos pra eu optar por alugar um imóvel (que nem tavam fazendo uma propaganda muito positiva), e no decorrer da negociação, (que demorou mais de 3 meses, até eu desistir de dar sequência) foram super impessoais e incompreensivos. Pararam de retornar minhas mensagens via wpp e e-mail. Como aparentemente já estavam em negociação com outro interessado também, não fizeram muita questão de ajudar nas questões que escareci. Enquanto as empresas não entenderem que estão lidando sempre com pessoas, muitos negócios fracassarão. Não recomendo pra amigos. Essa foi minha experiência, que assim como as positivas, acho importante serem compartilhadas.
Unfortunately it was bad. At first they were very solicitous for me to choose to rent a property (which was not even doing a very positive advertisement), and in the course of the negotiation, (which took more than 3 months, until I gave up sequencing) were super impersonal and incomprehensible . They stopped returning my messages via wpp and email. As apparently they were already in negotiation with another interested too, they did not ask much of help in the questions that I drew. As long as companies do not understand that they are always dealing with people, many businesses will fail. I do not recommend it to friends. This was my experience, which, like the positive ones, I think is important to be shared.

Tem anos que moro de aluguel além de ter uma empresa que também está em um imóvel alugado e nunca tive problemas para conseguir alugar com outras imobiliárias. Desde o início da negociação colocaram inúmeros impecilhos e por fim alugaram o imóvel que eu já tinha entrado com uma ficha para outra pessoa, depois de ter tido a garantia de que eu teria prioridade. No fim só recebi uma mensagem dizendo que "não tiveram tempo de me avisar" que alguém iria entrar com outra ficha. Total falta de profissionalismo não recomendo para ninguém.
Unfortunately I got a bad experience with the real estate. I have been renting for years in addition to having a company that is also in a rented property and I have never had any problems getting to rent with other real estate agents. Since the beginning of the negotiation, they placed numerous details and finally rented the property that I had already filed with another person, after having been assured that I would have priority. In the end, I only received a message saying that "they didn't have time to let me know" that someone would come in with another file. Total lack of professionalism I do not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de o processo de aprovação de ficha para locação ser mais burocrático quando comparado a outras imobiliárias, o atendimento é excelente! Dão ótimo suporte ao locatário, estou tendo boa experiência e recomendo.
Although the process of approving a rental form is more bureaucratic when compared to other real estate agencies, the service is excellent! They give great support to the tenant, I'm having a good experience and I recommend it.
