★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assumiu o compromisso de realizar o serviço em 1 hora e quando retornamos, após quase 2 horas o serviço não havia sido iniciado ainda. Quando questionada sobre nossa chateação a mulher responsável pelo atendimento nos devolveu as peças e sugeriu que as levássemos para realizar o serviço em outra empresa. Não recomendo para nenhum cliente, uma falta de respeito, ética e profissionalismo.
He made a commitment to perform the service within 1 hour and when we returned after almost 2 hours the service had not yet started. When asked about our annoyance, the woman in charge of the service returned the parts to us and suggested that we take them to work at another company. I do not recommend to any client a lack of respect, ethics and professionalism.

Não quiseram assumir a responsabilidade de arrumar o vidro (sendo que eu liguei lá várias vezes), e principalmente falta de profissionalismo da atendente que foi completamente sem educação.
Bad service, they left my glass without rubber and consequently the glass broke.
They did not want to take on the responsibility of fixing the glass (since I called there several times), and mainly the lack of professionalism of the attendant who was completely uneducated.
