★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta agendada as 10:00h da manhã, fui a 2° paciente a chegar, por volta das 10:05 mas só fui atendida as 12:15, isso porque eu já havia perdido a paciência e fui reclamar na recepção. Levando em consideração que estamos enfrentando uma pandemia, o consultório começou a lotar, fazendo com que as pessoas, assim como eu, esperasse por mais de 2 horas, o que, na minha opinião não passa de uma falta de respeito e compromisso com as pacientes. A médica é sim muito atenciosa e uma excelente profissional, mas isso não dá o direito de deixar as pacientes esperando tanto tempo, afinal, há tantas outras profissionais excepcionais no mercado. Para mim, a pontualidade é o fator crucial para me fazer retornar e indicar qualquer serviço, principalmente se for de saúde. Se não pode atender no horário previsto não marque. Respeito acima de tudo.
Appointment scheduled at 10:00 in the morning, I went to the 2nd patient to arrive, around 10:05 but I was only seen at 12:15, because I had already lost my patience and went to complain at the reception. Taking into account that we are facing a pandemic, the office started to fill up, making people, like me, wait for more than 2 hours, which, in my opinion, is nothing more than a lack of respect and commitment to patients . The doctor is very attentive and an excellent professional, but this does not give the right to leave patients waiting so long, after all, there are so many other exceptional professionals on the market. For me, punctuality is the crucial factor in making me return and recommend any service, especially if it is health care. If you cannot attend on time, do not check. Respect above all.
