O Derlan certamente vai saber lhe atender com qualidade e apresentar a melhor solução para o seu problema. A loja dele fica muito bem localizada e há estacionamento no local. Fica bem próximo (praticamente atrás) do Cometa da Av Antônio Sales, não tem erro! Leva lá que ele resolve! Eu recomendo ?

Não sei se falhei por ser leigo no assunto ou se a loja falhou em não querer entender o meu caso para me instruir a melhor opção.
Fato é que independente da falha, acredito que poderiam entender o meu caso de uma forma mais humana, eu disse que precisava muito deste dinheiro, mais infelizmente não quiseram estornar por eu ter comprado errado uma adaptador para monitor.
Eu ja passei por outra situação em que o estorno ocorreu normalmente em outra loja.
Mas eu entendo que só existe estorno em empresas onde o cliente é + importante que o dinheiro do cliente.

But I understand that there is only chargeback in companies where the customer is more important than the customer's money.
