★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montei um computador na loja do Iguatemi, com 6 meses de uso o computador veio a parar de funcionar sem mais nem menos, levei na assistência e por um acaso o computador ligou la, me mandaram levar para casa sem ao menos desmontar e ver se algo estava errado, 10 dias depois o computador veio a apresentar o msm problema!!! Total descaso com o cliente e é pq nem é uma maquina barata imagino o tratamento com um cliente que compra uma maquina baratinha… la vai precisar ir no mesmo local para que eles tentem solucionar meu problema!!! Nunca mais compro qualquer tipo de produto nesta loja. Primeira e unica compra, péssima primeira impressão.
 I set up a computer at the Iguatemi store, after 6 months of use the computer stopped working out of the blue, I took it to the service and by chance the computer turned on there, they told me to take it home without even disassembling it and see if anything was wrong, 10 days later the computer had the same problem!!! Total disregard for the customer and it's because it's not even a cheap machine I imagine the treatment with a customer who buys a cheap machine… she'll need to go to the same place so they try to solve my problem!!! I will never buy any kind of product from this store again. First and only purchase, bad first impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja horrível que não recomendo. Comprei um computador a vista e já na primeira semana tive problemas. Levei pra assistência e não encontraram nada tive que pesquisar por mim mesmo e comprei outra fonte pra ver se esse era o problema. Nada resolvido. O gerente do local me acusa de usar o computador errado e a senhora na tesouraria trata mal minha mãe e recusa devolver o dinheiro como parte do meu direito de consumidor, gravei o problema em um vídeo e mostrei ao cara da assistência. Pelas minhas pesquisas sobre o problema, poderia ser memória RAM ruim, eles trocam a memória e da certo, a dois meses descobri pela BIOS do computador que eles colocaram uma memória de menor frequência da que eu comprei, ainda tenho 3 meses de garantia mas não suporto nem chegar perto dessa loja... resumindo, caro, mal atendimento e técnicos ultrapassados. Comprei na loja uma web cam junto com o PC e ela é horrível. Minha mãe comprou um notebook com Windows e o vendedor disse que era original MAS não era. Era uma versão trial e ela teve que ir 3 vezes na loja pra reformatar até que ela desistiu também... Façam a si mesmos o favor de evitar essas lojas...
Horrible store that I do not recommend. I bought a computer on sight and already in the first week I had problems. I took it to service and they didn't find anything so I had to look it up myself and bought another power supply to see if that was the problem. Nothing resolved. The site manager accuses me of using the wrong computer and the lady at the treasury treats my mother badly and refuses to return the money as part of my consumer right, I recorded the problem on a video and showed it to the support guy. From my research on the problem, it could be bad RAM memory, they change the memory and it works, two months ago I found out from the computer's BIOS that they put a lower frequency memory than the one I bought, I still have 3 months of warranty but no I can't even go near this store... in short, expensive, bad service and outdated technicians. I bought a web cam at the store along with the PC and it is horrible. My mom bought a notebook with Windows and the seller said it was genuine BUT it wasn't. It was a trial version and she had to go to the store 3 times to reformat until she gave up too... Do yourself a favor and avoid these stores...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu computador para a assistência técnica, chegando na loja me deparo com 2 vendedores totalmente antipáticos, zero cordialidade e zero atenção para o cliente... até aí não podia piorar, me avisaram que a assistência técnica não ia abrir porque os dois técnicos resolveram faltar... Eu como cliente me desloco do Eusébio para resolver um problema e eles pouco tentam resolver. Na hora de vender é mil maravilhas, mas na parte do pós venda, está desprezado! Se eu pudesse daria 0 estrelas!
I took my computer for technical assistance, arriving at the store I found 2 totally obnoxious salespeople, zero cordiality and zero customer service... so far it couldn't get worse, they told me that the technical assistance wouldn't open because the two technicians decided to missing... As a client, I travel from Eusébio to solve a problem and they try very little to solve it. When it comes to selling, it's wonderful, but in the after-sales part, it's despised! If I could I would give 0 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products ok, service not professional. Brought back a two week old bad motherboard. Their first response is to send me to the manufacturer, Not to honor the store guarantees. After 4 store visits using Uber, I brought my lawyer with me. They gave me full credit and I bought the next better model because they were our of stock. I have a signed statement from the store manager, my one year store guarantee starts over. With support like this, their stores will not be here for very long,. I have no reason to return and buy anything else.
