★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja horrível!!!!!! Sem compromisso algum com cliente, não entrega nada no prazo, entregam produtos diferentes do que foi pedido, demoram para consertar os erros, não dão resposta de nada. Se quiser ter dor de cabeça essa é a loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houve atraso de meses na entrega do produto e só foi entregue após eu entrar em contato. Além disso houveram erros no projeto que fizeram com que ficassem espaços nos cantos dos móveis; e isso não é o que queremos quando compramos móveis planejados. Depois de muita dor de cabeça eles disseram que fariam um arranjo para melhorar a aparência dos cantos e colocariam uma prateleira ou coisa do tipo. Porém, nunca mais entraram em contato nem mesmo para uma vistoria final como foi prometido pela gerência da loja. Ou seja, decepção total e o investimento foi altíssimo. Não recomendo.
There was a delay of months in the delivery of the product and it was only delivered after I got in touch. In addition there were mistakes in the project that caused that they were spaces in the corners of the furniture; and this is not what we want when we buy planned furniture. After a lot of headache they said they would make an arrangement to improve the appearance of the corners and put a shelf or something. However, they never came in contact even for a final survey as promised by store management. That is, total disappointment and the investment was extremely high. Would not recommend.

Reitero que a empresa jamais me roubou nada, conseguimos resolver nosso impasse graças ao empenho dos nossos advogados e em especial a Juíza. Salientando que a empresa não desonra prazos, a empresa não possui CNPJ de fachada ou qualquer semelhança com marceneiro em beira de esquina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra dia 06/01/ 2020 e se aproveitaram da pandemia para não entregar, nunca ligaram para informar uma data possível de entrega. Qdo vieram colocar dia 10/09 as portas do armário da cozinha chegaram erradas, de uma cor totalmente diferente. Fui na loja, paguei 100 reais pelo erro deles, coisa q jamais poderia ter feito. Dia 01/10/2020 liguei para saber se as novas portas já haviam chegado, informaram q sim. Ficou combinado q iriam colocar na segunda dia 05/10/2020 no período da tarde. Esperei até às 15: 00 como não apareceram resolvi ligar. A dona simplesmente disse q ia ligar para os montadores para saber onde eles estavam pq nao havia terminado uma montagem . Disse q estava atendendo e q me daria um retorno. E não ligou. Minha compra está fazendo 9 meses hj 06/10/2020 e meu armário continua sem portas. Não recomendo.
I made a purchase on 01/06/2020 and they took advantage of the pandemic not to deliver, they never called to inform a possible delivery date. When they came to place on 9/10 the kitchen cabinet doors arrived wrong, in a totally different color. I went to the store, paid 100 reais for their mistake, something I could never have done. On 10/01/2020 I called to find out if the new doors had already arrived, they said yes. It was agreed that they would put on the second day 10/05/2020 in the afternoon. I waited until 15: 00 as they didn't show up and decided to call. The owner simply said she was going to call the editors to find out where they were because she hadn't finished editing. Said q was answering and q would give me a return. And he didn't care. My purchase is 9 months ago 10/6/2020 and my closet still has no doors. I do not recommend.

Os móveis são bem acabados. O atendimento é muito bom. Os donos são muito confiáveis e atenciosos com nossas demandas. Penso que em Aracaju esta loja tem os melhores preços e produtos ! My custom furniture was all made at H4 Interiors in Aracaju. I can say that the cost benefit is wonderful, I mean, the prices are great and the product is very good. The furniture is well finished. The service is very good. The owners are very reliable and attentive to our demands. I think that in Aracaju this store has the best prices and products! The assembly team is very fast and competent, leaves the whole environment clean when leaving. I liked very much! Congratulations H4!
