 Poor post-purchase service, missing parts bought and almost 1 year without receiving it or else the return of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi péssimo do início ao fim, o móvel estava com uma peça faltando já faz um ano e até o momento não foi entregue, se quer estornado o dinheiro.
Atendimento com respostas ignorantes e rudes pela pessoa que veio montar o móvel. Nunca voltaremos a comprar neste lugar, nem mesmo conhecidos.
Tratem bem os seus clientes!
The service was terrible from start to finish, the furniture was missing a piece a year ago and so far has not been delivered, if you want to reverse the money.
Answer with ignorant and rude answers by the person who came to assemble the furniture. We will never buy again in this place, not even known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente. Os móveis realmente são de qualidade, mas a demora na entrega, na montagem, no pós venda são enormes! Toda hora tinha que vir alguém para arrumar alguma coisa na minha cozinha e banheiro. Estou com um pistão quebrado há mais de 1 mês e até agora ninguém me deu retorno.
Lack of respect for the customer. The furniture is really of quality, but the delay in delivery, assembly, after sales are huge! Every time someone had to come to fix something in my kitchen and bathroom. I have had a broken piston for over 1 month and so far no one has given me back.
